Sooooo slow. I just sat here for 30 min waiting for 2 sandwiches. I watched the workers the whole one and not only was there no sense of urgency (while about 6 people were waiting) they seriously barely moved. If the the big guy with the beard is the owner, he really doesn’t seem to care about his business. If that guy is a worker or even manager (he is there a lot) the owner really needs to hire someone else.
Food is always good at JJ’s, but this location is the worst. Drive thru is always slow. Pick up inside is slower. We have waited 30+ min multiple times. For a fast food spot who’s mantra is Freaky Fast, this is a disgrace.
This used to be my lunch choice. They used to be freaky fast and the food was great, now they are freakin slow and they always forget something. It is not the same. It takes nearly 1.5 hr for a sandwich to get delivered a mile away and to top it of the delivery driver NEVER reads the delivery instructions.
Staff was nice. Location was clean and quality of food was consistent with other locations. They have a drive-thru but you have circle around the building to get in line.
This location is terrible. Over the last year I have gone there about 5 times and every time they are out of something:bread, tomatoes, cucumbers and today literally out of everything and not taking orders for ‘20 minutes’ keep in mind this is 12:50pm on a Wednesday. This isn’t Covid or supply chain issues, They always have 5-6 employees standing around doing nothing, they must like paying employees to make imaginary sandwiches, news flash you are a restaurant that makes sandwiches.. if you hate doing that then close your doors. It’s laughable how bad this location is.. take your business to the Peachtree Corners location or John’s Creek, always top notch, don’t bother with this place.
Certainly not freaky fast. Every time I go to this location it takes forever, if you can even get anyone to take your order from the drive through.
My office has been ordering from this location for years and in the last year the service has declined rapidly and substantially. Orders are very slow and VERY frequently incorrect. Things are left off all the time. Last time I called when something was left off and they were supposed to bring it back out (I'm less than a mile away) and they STILL didn't bring it and I was charged for it. There used to be some very friendly regular delivery folks but the ones that have come by recently are extremely unfriendly almost to the point of being rude. They just hand you the food and don't say a word. No "thank you" or "your welcome". NOTHING. The last person to deliver was on a personal phone call during the delivery and not surprisingly the order was incomplete. Management is not helpful and frankly, doesn't seem to care at all. My office will be finding someone else to cater meetings, events, and lunches. Enough is enough.
Several people on these reviews complain and complain, yet they don't realize that this location is short staffed just as many other food joints these days. Have any of you complainers tried ordering say around 11PM-11:40AM? Or sometimes after the rush is over, like between 2PM-5PM? Trust me, you'd have a much smoother experience than calling at the same time that the whole mob calls or storms the Capitol, I mean the store ?
It would be nice if they actually took my order. I pulled up in my car waited a few minutes. No one every said a word.
I ordered at 12pm, I knew it would take awhile because of the lunch rush hour. I also considered they may be short staffed. I called at 1pm to check on my order, the guy tells me the driver just left 5 minutes ago. Okay cool, the guy who answered the phone just hangs up while I’m talking. This is the second time I’ve encountered a rude person at this location.
