The staff are very kind and professional, recommend this place for very casual outing and for bottled-drinks only. The house made cocktails were not great and the giant pretzel was 50% pure salt (see pictures).But the ambiance and location are great, very laid back and you can walk to the gorgeous park nearby or play darts inside. It’s also very close to other restaurants nearby.
Food is alright but the price is about right too. Drinks are alright, the beer is beer but their mixed drinks tend to be pretty bland. Service is great though and they hold regular events like Karaoke and Trivia.
Had lunch with my visiting sister. We wanted to eat at this "English" pub as it was the Queen's Platinum Jubilee weekend. It was quaint but not the best of the Dunwoody Restaurant group chain in Historic Old Norcross. Food and service was good but a bit pricey. This place does have a odd odor (old building perhaps) but an ugly floor fan helped circulate the air. Overall we had a pleasant lunch!
Great fish n chips! Order ahead (take-out) is smooth and quick. I will probably go by one day after work for some apps and drinks!
Our server was great. He was upbeat and nearby if needed. The food was mediocre at best. I would expect fish and chips to outstanding at a place like this but they were just boring. Fish tacos (blacken) where ok with sweet potato fries, that lacked flavor. Beer was over priced, a pint shouldn't cost almost as much as an entrée. Well at least I can cross it off my want to go list. Should have noticed how few people were there at 630 on a Friday as a sign.
Iron Horse Tavern is a great restaurant/bar to go to when on your lunch break. They are very friendly and quick enough to get you back to work. I'd like to go sometime after work to partake in their draft selection and when I have enough time to throw some darts
The wings were tasteless and the coconut shrimp may not have been cooked well (“I though I was going to die eating it”). This was suppose to be a fun walk around Norcross and this was disappointing, especially for the cost! Even the lemon in the sweet tea was sad.They really need to attend to their ladies room too.

We stopped by for the first time to check out Thursday night trivia and are very happy we found this place! The have delicious British pub food options and an extensive beer selection to go along with it! We tried the Smoked Salmon appetizer, the Asian Steak Tips, the Honey Sriracha Lemon Pepper Wings and the Lobster Grilled Cheese. Our favorites were the lobster grilled cheese and the smoked salmon, both were unique and flavorful! We'll definitely be back again and we recommend you check them out as well!
First of all, beware. The tavern only takes card and cash, no cashless payments like Apple Pay or GPay. Hopefully, they will update their machines to do so one day.However, great aesthetic. Loved all the aged old wood and the stained glass in the front doors. Great drinks at a decent price. Staff is chill and friendly.
