The food here is not only delicious but the people that work here are incredibly nice. Kevin was who I talked to and after Uber eats never delivered my order, and Kevin fixed everything for me. I will never use Uber eats again. But Kevin went out of his way to remake my order for free and compensate me. He was totally nice about it and never got upset about the situation. LOVE THIS PLACE. 5 stars all the way. Yay Kevin! You're amazing!
I normally don’t do this because I support mom and pop businesses in my community but the food here is HORRIBLE. Maybe if they see this they’ll take heed and make changes. The wings were huge “steroid” pumped maybe? Idk but I do know what they gave me was under cooked. I almost threw up after eating it. Never have I ever almost threw up after eating a 10 piece wing. I also had the shrimp hibachi, I thought maybe it would be better, nope shrimp were undercooked as well. Message to the owner, look and listen. Stop being cheap and order a real chef or buy better equipment to cook your food. If not you will go out of business, nobody wants undercooked food.
Hibachi Norcross is not your average lunch wing spot. You can tell by the diversity of the returning clientele that Hibachi Norcross has Universally tasty food. I usually stop by during the lunch rush. The owner always greets me with a smile, knows my name AND my order, and the chefs get the food out hot ? and fast! My job is down the road and on any given lunch break of the week somebody is hauling something that is smelling good from Hibachi. I like the Hibachi Steak bowl or Salmon with fried rice or steamed- vegetables are always fresh- but I have also tried the Philly (great flavor, not oily) and the fried fish. I have heard the wings are good too from a coworker, but haven't tried them yet.This place is consistent, which is great for me- I like to know what I'm getting. It's also family owned, and they take pride in the food that they are serving up. Whether you're having a meeting with your business client, or you've been working out in the cold all morning with your construction crew, try this place, they have something for everyone! Tip- call ahead around lunch, and you'll save time- this place gets solid business between 11:30-12:30 weekdays.The owner takes his time to get to know you by name and your order which is impressive considering how many folks come in here. With all the lackluster service at a lot of other places these days, I Just Had to shout y'all out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIBACHI. Thanks for the awesome food and exceptional service. House rice with beef chicken and shrimp delicious about about $12 nice size portions
The flavor is usually pretty good but can be bland on occasions. The service has always been top notch. I order through delivery apps, but have called the location to request specific veggies and they have always accommodated my request! My food always arrives hot but occasionally the quality of the steak is not so great - tough and chewy! Portions sizes are good. With the mixed bag between service and food I settled on 3 stars.
The food was Super Fresh!!! Space was clean!! Prices is not bad for the servings size!! Will definitely return again!!
Express for a reason. I ordered the hibachi shrimp. First of all, when you see a African American, don't assume that you should greet me with some "Yo yo What's happening Brother " mess. Greet me like you would everyone else.Okay the food: The cook scooped the rice out of a large pot with a small bucket. That was a sign that they might not care much. The food was placed in a container and handed to me in a bag. By the the time I walked from the counter to the table, the food was already cold. I threw it away told the the employee about it however, he didn't care much. Sorry about the sloppy review but don't want to spend the anymore time with this place
The owner is a really nice guy. He is very attentive to his customers and likes to have friendly conversations especially about the Falcons. I enjoy the half chicken, half steak bowl that's my favorite.
Ok so normally I only go to places with tons of reviews but we wanted something different and chanced it. The food was kind of cold steak was tuff and chicken was hard. Too much black pepper on everything. Improvements can be made with the food but good service overall
Really great steak hibachi. Fast and friendly service. I call ahead all the time and my food is always ready. On days where i walk in, it takes no time at all for my food to get done. Very highly recommend.
