I would not say that this is a Five Star Buffet. I would say they more cater to the lunch crowd that comes in and I don't want to seem like it's all one-sided for the Puerto Rican / Mexican but that's what it feels like to me when I first walked in. Also at the same time it's depends on where you fit but it is loud in certain areas of the restaurant if you're trying to have a conversation with other people. The food selection is not as the best I can only really select two to three items and the desserts are not remotely accessible or available. But if you want some Chinese food I guess you could come here but I wouldn't recommend it
Quality varies from great to not good from item to item. Typically pretty busy, but functions surprisingly well given the quantity of food being served. Overall definitely worth going, but some items definitely need to be avoided.
The buffet was loaded with fresh food and it was huge, but the problem is I wouldn't eat 90% of what they serve. I couldn't find any hot mustard or soy sauce anywhere. The spot on the bar where the hot mustard was supposed to be had steak sauce. I didn't even consider half of the items on the buffet to be Chinese food. The price was OK, and the place was clean, but I will not eat there again.
Good food. About 12 dollar for lunch. 16 for dinner. It gets very busy during weekends.
This place was horrible! Most of the reviews with 1 star was dead on. The servers were rude and the restaurant was dirty, whole crabs were on the floor, I saw waiter pick up the dust pan with the same gloves and sweep the floor as a customer asks for a refill she did not change the gloves or wash her hands, she used the same contaminated gloves to make his drink and pick his glass up by the rim! Gross! No one changed their gloves! I did not eat and got a full refund after sitting down for less than 10 minutes! When getting a refund, the lady was loud and I knew it was because I told her the place was dirty and the waiters were dirty as well. If I could this place zero stars I would! No tip deserved and just a message to the staff, you guys are dirty and need to clean your restaurant, hands, and clean up your attitudes! I too hope this place gets shut down! It’s horrible
Hibachi Grill and Buffet is the definition of "You pay for what you get." $15 gets you all you can eat food at a decent quality, and the price point is even lower during lunch. A lot of the food can be somewhat lacking in flavor and the service could use some improvment. Don't expect waiters to refill your drinks in a timely matter, and don't come in thinking you're going to receive a 5 star meal because it is not. In spite of the massive popularity of this joint, it could definitely use some work.
Wow! What a great variety of food! Great service it
Great Food lots to chose from
food is not good. service is worse from the old asian lady that seats you. She is nasty and and mean. They have no customer service skills. THE FOOD MAY LOOK GOOD but it's distasteful and unseasoned, the everything taste like they don't even wanna be there no more. They walk around like everyone needs hibachi during covid. Even the young girl that checked us out was rude. they don't speak they just say how many. and what you want to drink. just rude and I'm sure there are some nice waiters, but the OLD lady at the front has no good service skills. The salad dressing was disgusting and looks like mayonnaise. The chicken cooked good but was no taste. Food was cold or old. Like salmon good good looked seasoned. And taste like water. I will say they had gloves out for folks to use. NOT ONE SOUL USED THEM. it’s really time for buffets to go out of style. Completely. I hate RUDE people in these establishments. We don’t need your food. We can go across the street where the food would taste great. Popeyes chicken. TWO WEEKS THERE WILL BE A AMERICAN DELI WILL OPEN UP AND I HOPE THIS RESTAURANT GOES OUT OF BUSINESS.
Amazing food! Take out prices are very fair. Fresh food! Fresh fruit! Amazing salad bar.
