Nicole is so sweet, professional, and was so kind to work with for our wedding cakes! When we tried the sample cakes, which were adorable and delicious, we knew Gingerspice would be the one! She offers many great flavors and gluten free options. I sent her ideas for our wedding cake and she was very helpful with suggestions. She also let me make last minute changes to our cakes. Our wedding cakes turned out so beautiful, just like we envisioned! We got many compliments from our guests about how yummy the cakes were and the buttercream is amazing! We cannot recommend Gingerspice Bakery enough. Thank you, Nicole!!
The best cakes around. Period. Multiple wedding guests have commented that this was the best-tasting and most beautiful wedding cake they have had/seen. Could not have been happier with the final product!

This is our go to cake! Nicole is such an amazint baker. Her cakes are so superb. We love her creations..
Can't get anyone to respond to emails and no one ever answers the phone. I tried for a month to get in touch with them because my wedding planner recommended this bakery. I even had someone else email them requesting info to make sure something wasn't wrong on my end. It's poor customer service.
My daughter and I had the most wonderful afternoon tea. The food was delicious and everyone was so friendly. We wanted to go back the moment we left. I think this would be a perfect venue for a shower or luncheon also.
