I ordered my food online. It was ready, correct and on the rack waiting for me to pick it up on time. I ordered the hooks and ladder sandwich. I guess having an option of a small, medium or large sandwich is a new option. I ordered the small and I regretted that decision because it was very small. But that was on me. I suggest the small sandwich for a little child.
Walked in to nothing but the GREAT aroma of fresh bread!~ Very clean inside, staff was quick getting my order ready. Everything was perfect!~
The food is good. I needed a roast beef sub and a veggie sub. Neither are included in their menu board. The tables are still ridiculously placed and the employees are still wearing nasty face diapers.
Last time I order from this firehouse, don’t make an online order, they must be going out of their way to not follow directions on what toppings you want. They will make you what they want. They added none of the toppings I ordered and did not remove the toppings I requested to be removed also. The sandwhich was also made very sloppy, I think for a $12 sandwhich the basics of following topping orders and not making a mess is a pretty fundamental concept. Apparently too much for this location, plenty of other sandwhich restaurants so don’t waste your time going here.
Nasty nasty!! One of the sandwich makers pulled down his mask and wiped his nose on a paper towel and did not change his gloves. I just threw my sandwich away when I got my order.
I’m here at this location right now and the guy just charged us $1.20 for American cheese that we did not ask for and they don’t have. When we asked about it, there was no apology or offer to refund it. After trying to place a basic order with difficulty, it was not even worth it to try to fight it for a refund. Then to make matters worse, it’s been over 20 minutes and not one person has received their order. This is RIDICULOUS! If I hadn’t already paid with a gift card then I would have left 15 minutes ago. This is place sucks.
We ordered through UberEats at this particular firehouse tonight. We ordered at 5ish and it came at 7:00PM. Then when we opened the bag it was missing my both of my childrens sandwhiches. I then had to split my large sandwhich with them because they were hungry and upset because they were hungry. I ordered a large club on the sub and it had no bacon and it wasnt even a club it was an italian. the only person who had their sandwhiches right was my husband.
Service is trash. Guy at the cash register was wearing headphones. Big surprise—he couldn’t hear me. What are we doing here?
I have eaten in other Firehouse Sub and their food is divine but in this place in this location they are the worst, I made an order to collect and when I opened it everything was bad the bread was super old damaged a disgusting ? and the ham was also damaged and bad Everything tasted very bad, I couldn't eat it, I don't recommend it at all, never go to this branch. In addition, the attention was very bad.
Meal was hot & delicious. First time going to that location. Service wonderful. I would highly recommend.
