Very unfriendly for a first visit. I was called the Americana and I couldn't find the drive through ordering spot. I used to live in gainesville and that location was awesome. Ate there once a week. I found this location on my new commute and was excited. It was not the same!
Messed up my order ,gave me someone else's food , after I opened it and realized it was the wrong thing, the lady came back to get the burritos and give them to someone else after I had opened them to watch them. Now would you want someone else opening your food that they gave to someone else ? I DONT NOT AFTER OTHER PEOPLE OPENED IT TOUCHED IT HANDELED IT AND THEN GIVEN TO ME , ,NO ,NO ,NO
Food taste decent . Very overpriced !!! They definitely lack customer service skills . Employees sometimes have bad attitude especially if you ask simply for extra sauce after paying $3+ for tacos also notice how the charge 1.00 extra for cheese on each taco which I think is ridiculous. I live in Texas and California never have I paid such high amount for tacos .

Order has never been right or missing items. Side of rice and beans in the size as the sauce containers. How do u make a trash Torta?Never giving it a try again.
Took off a star because while everything is still good, it's now ridiculously OVERPRICED. Never in my life have I had to pay $10 for a smaller than average quesadilla. Burritos are about the same price. Tacos range from $2.95‐$3.50. I've had these items in other restaurants for $2 to $3 less and quality is equal or greater and portions are more generous.(The only times I've paid $3 or more for tacos, I've gotten up to 3 tacos)I understand that businesses are trying hard to recover from the effects of the pandemic, but this isn't the way.Honestly, this is a good place to eat, but if you have a family or are trying not to strain your wallet, you're better off staying away.
Finally found a morning breakfast location, we went to eat around 10:00 am, after some errands, but sadly my eggs were little overcooked, beans had a burnt taste, I hope maybe next time could be better. What I really was disapointed is when employees begin to sweep towards your food, like I wanted to avoid dust particles coming to my food, I believe this could have been taken care of prior us being there, they had all morning to clean the area to receive guest... I hope manager can make note please! Let's make our city better, other than that thank you for being open with Mexican breakfast....
Very bad service, orden incomplete and said I lost the torta because they don't have there.I do not recommend this place at all
We bought one burrito and the tortilla was burnt like the Devil was eating it himself, also some steak nachos with barely had any meat on it and was just vegan nachos with mostly beans, we asked for some limes and dang they gave us slices instead wedges lol, and to top it off then cashiers were just extremely rude and unprofessional. Next time if you like limes please do yourself a favor and bring your own they gave us obvious limes from the other day that was dryer then a nun.
Good food, well prepared to order. We had nice breakfast tacos with eggs and a carne asada breakfast burrito (quite large) to go.Everything was delicious and piping hot. I wish I got some menudo but it wouldn't have traveled well!
