Jus like any breakfast joint worth its salt,,if your their at rush hour,,your gonna wait. There's more traffick in Metro-Atlanta than there is on Long Island NY in the mornings if you can wrap your head around that lol. Get there around 6am and your in good shape!!
had a horrible experience in the drive thru, the employee mamtaz was very rude and rushed me to order while there was no one else in the drive thru she also kept cutting me off while i was trying to order something else
Cut the young team some slack‼️We all started somewhere. They try their best.The kids in afternoon shift went out of the way by making our drinks to our liking. (Speaking for my picky toddler) I got the caffeine I needed for my next job. . & my child didn't cause chaos over the hint of "spicy" mint in his chocolate frozen drink. Please tip them, Juggling school & work, w all this new c.ovid madness is stressful enough!
Love this location!! As I get up early for work, I’m always greeted with a smile and using the app is a great advantage!!! If there was an inaccuracy with my order it’s always been fixed with no issue… this definitely starts my day off in the right direction, thanks guys!!!!
Always a 15 or more minute wait at drive thru.The final straw: after ordering and then waiting 15 plus minutes in line, when I finally got to the window they had realized they never took my order.Nice folks (especially the kids)however: mismanaged, understaffed, messy kitchen, inconsistent
Went on Sunday and a young girl seemed to be bothered because i asked her for extra creamer and sugar for my coffee. It seemed she got bothered by it. I told her Thank you many times and never replied back to me, until she just said " Ummm ...OK ... " and rolled her eyes.... and i just said again Thank you and smiled... She got mad for sure!! but like they say we have to kill them with kindness... I just hope they dont treat all customers like that because we all have our bad days but cant get mad over a customer asking for something... We are paying for the product. Blessings.
? not happy with my experience today next time I hope you guys do better! Waited in drive thru for about 5m no greeting not sure what was going on but I was hungry so decided to go inside. To many employees working I just wanted to order get my food and leave. Thanks for being open!
Not clean. Forgot my decaf, hot chocolate had stuff floating it in, counters had coffee stains. Top of donut display had trash on top. Never again. I threw the hot chocolate into the trash and walked out. I already wasted enough time to asked for my decaf or to fix the hot chocolate.
My last handful of experiences here have been awful. The kids behind the counter have no sense of teamwork or customer service. There's 5+ behind the counter and half of them aren't doing anything but talking amongst themselves and loudly at that. They seem to always forget to make my food and take 10-15 minutes to make ONE sandwhich once they realize that Ive been waiting. Place has gone downhill, Ill be going to the one by Berkmar from now on.
