This Dunkin needs to work on their customer service big time! There's no greeting at the drive thru, no friendly faces or smiles. Definitely can do better!
They used to be good but today this morning it was all changed the dude wasn't helpful at all the lady had major attitude the cappuccino was is nasty he didn't even ask me what kind I wanted my sandwich is dry wasn't offered any jelly I went with a friend and they handed him one bag with my sandwich and didn't give him his sandwich and when I called the lady said they didn't forget we forgot it it was there and she said it's still there why didn't she call us back if there not busy at all
Not sure if these people like their work, but this location is the worst, this kids that work there are horrible , first at all when you order they give you attitude, then when you drive true the window you can see their faces, they don’t like people so why work on a place like that when you have to deal with people the whole day , coffe is cold they sirve you what they want , sandwiches are cold please some one check this location
The store says open but I was trynna open the door they were closed, waiting 20 minutos nobody was there. 03/15/22 around 6.15 pm
Before I even start with this let me say I use to work for Dunkin’ so I know how it can be in morning sometimes but the staff beyond rude in the morning, the girl at the window was trying to scan my points and I guess it wasn’t taking and instead of trying again she just put the scanner back and ask for payment. Order was completely wrong I didn’t even feel like going back in due to time. And this is the closest Dunkin’ to my job so I went back again today 1/4/22 waited at the speaker for 10 mins just to pull around and find out they are closed due to covid which is fine and understanding but why not put the sign on the speaker so people aren’t wasting their time. Never again
Sometimes understaffed, but the coffee is decent. Staff is friendly as well. I would recommend giving it a chance.
Sometimes service is good most of the time it's slow, sometimes bordering on painfully slow, and I don't think I've ever gotten one smile or a thank you for your business. But it's the only Dunkin in the are and I happen to love Dunkin's coffee

Me and babygirl went for breakfast drive thru long but if u get out much faster service
They absolutely lie about their timings. This is the second or third day of come at around 9 and it was closed even though their timing says 10. If you peek through, you can see the worker just standing there hiding so he doesn't have to take any orders. Just keep in mind when coming here don't expect the place to be open and even if it's open don't expect them to talk to you or even take your order
