My chocolate glazed donuts we're stale at 8:30 in the morning when the donut should be the freshest and my coffee had a strange aftertaste .I threw away the coffee and donuts.I will never go to this location again.
I am only sharing this to inform customers that at THIS location there is NOT an on-site bakery, the restaurant receives their donuts from a location that has a bakery between the hours of 4am and 5am EVERYDAY. I humbly apologize if at anytime anyone has received Stale donuts. I will make sure to leave a note expressing your concerns to individuals at the Spalding location. Hope that you have a better experience in the future.
They are usually out of what you want and donuts always seem extremely stale. Inedible.
Waited for more than 10 minutes for 2 hot caramel macciados and they asked hot or iced said hot the 3 times and received ICED. We took the iced coffe. They are short staff.
Worst store in Atl. Dunkin donuts is great. This location is not, it needs it franchise revoked. Been here three tinmes, every time they are out of something no bread, coffe ran out, chicken is still frozen. The final time that made me finally write a review.....we were told to wait by the cashier in the drive thru about five min, we did, place our order. Then a few min later we were informed all the bread was frozen they can only serve hot or cold coffee. I asked why did she wait five min to tell us that. They mumbled something. We left. Third times a charm I hope they bk.
On 2/3/22, I ordered my breakfast at 6:32 am; delivery was scheduled to be made at 7:22 am. My order was pushed back to 7:54 am, so I had to cancel. I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews before ordering. I always suspect this place to be poor in service, but this confirmed it.
Today, on 01.24.22, 2:28pm (customer no 3147) I purchased some bakeries and was charged $6.21 (that's what the receipt shows). Yet, you charged my bank account $7.45 . Why? Refund the difference ASAP.
Recently the food and quality of service has diminished.
I love to stop in for iced coffee and donuts.
Bad service. These people can't get snackin bacon right. It's always burnt to a crisp. You think the food would be good for the lack of customer service. Nope. Avoid this place at all costs.
