These people are ridiculous I'm a half a mile away from the restaurant the person on the phone didn't speak proper English.. and told me that they don't deliver to my address here to say that I'm literally half a mile and not a quarter mile maybe at the most away from there storefront and then could not even tell me any of their daily specials so over with Domino's it's ridiculous they are overrated and now individually owned so now I understand why their service is so poor
Dominoes new promotion of crediting my account $3 for picking up my order just basically told me all these years I have been over paying drivers when i gave $5 for delivery
This location is a great place to order your favorite pizza and relax at home enjoying a good sports event. Great customer Service experience!
What I loved about this location is the guys were actually doing there job and not on there phones or goofing off @ 1am. They were very attentive and professional. Best of all my pizza was great. Very clean aswell. I will definitely be back at this location.
I Ordered for delivery two weeks ago and they canceled my order. After an hour and my pizza not arriving I checked the tracker and it said it had been canceled.I tried to call the store multiple times and nobody answered. Again today I ordered delivery and again they canceled my order and now nobody is answering the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous and it needs to stop.I’ll be contacting corporate.
Terrible! This place doesn't deserve 1 star! I'm very honest with my reviews and maybe it's bc the place has high schoolers all there but I only ordered FETA CHEESE bread and it was burned so bad I called the manager after I got home to let them know ..he was rude acting as if I had exaggerated and said bring it back to exchange it for another.no-one wants to fight Friday afternoon traffic on indian trail rd!!!
Awesome Pizza and the staff was so cooperative and nice.They were helpful in all terms.Will definitely recommend.
General have had good service from this location, but today they delivered cold pizza. And they are promoting surprise frees. I asked the delivery person was I not suppose to receive a free surprise and he said "No. You have to have 14 delivers first." That was not mention in the commercial or on line. I am sorry I ordered from them today. Put the pizza in the microwave to heat it up. And yes it tasted like microwave pizza.
Tried to give them benefit of doubt but this is officially the last time I'll spend at this establishment. Customer service matters. Quality matters. Wings were gross after trying a couple bites I trashed the box. Chicken tasted like steamed.. I don't even know. The texture was off. Brownies were undercooked and only thing decent was the cheese pizza. Other than that I'm good.
Manager can't really be the manager...my food was 15 minutes late and then when it finally came it wasn't my order and it was burnt. No apologies and barely was able to catch delivery person so I didn't pay for someone else's food. He didn't check the order with me to make sure it was mine. When I called back to store still no anything from manger.
