I never post negative on-line social reviews because any place can have an off night. But this place worked extra hard to earn my contempt - I will spare you the details, but they lied to me repeatedly instead of admitting any problems with my order. You know it will end badly when the delivery driver apologizes for the crap he is about to hand you and recommends you file a complaint with the regional franchisee. There is nothing Domino's could do to ever convince me to order from them in the future. Good luck with fixing your business model...
Always fast to prepare our order for pick up at the window. I love that I don't have to walk in and can just pull through. Food is always hot and fresh. I hope y'all consider a low carb crust to the menu. Great customer service also as everyone is always friendly and nice. Keep up the great work guys!
This Domino's location is /really/ hit or miss, like they don't have enough drivers. During some hours, you can get your food within 45 minutes, but just about any other time, it takes 20 minutes just to go from preparation, to baking or 'in the oven'. Delivery times can easily turn into an hour and thirty minutes very easily after 10 p.m. no matter what day it is.
This place should receive zero stars. They are the rudest people on the planet. I ordered pizza at 2:20pm. It is now 4:23 and I’m still waiting on my pizza! Called one person, who said it was three mins away..lies. Then called again to inquire the guy gets an attitude then hangs up after I try to get his name. Called one more time and received another rude person who answered the call and tod me she could not tell the eta because the system was down. I told her to cancel then was hung up again. Avoid them at all costs!!!
Employees are always friendly. Food is excellent and hot. Pick up window suits my needs. I eat here at least once a week.
I love dominos, normally the best bang for your buck, have used them for years. I placed an order online, standard stuff. After 1.5 hours of the tracker saying “quality check” which is a lie, they just put it in setting to manipulate their metrics, I call and after 15 mins on hold and being dropped twice they finally answer without hanging up. They get my name and address and say it will be their soon. I call back 45 mins after that and they say I was told to cancel the order.I worked in pizza for years and I get that some days are a mess but man I’m a little disappointed. I guess I’ll just do the smart thing and save money.
This has always been my “go to “ location .O always use my mobile app to order & always press to get it NOW not hours later . So i Ordered a order last week which took 3 hours and i called adre he was honestly not helpful and very unprofessional to address a problem they were having and told me he only had one driver and the order was going go be at my place in around 40 minutes after waiting 3 hours. Never did i get a simple courtesy call/ text / email. NOTHING. So, yes i did call to cancel my order because i’m not paying over 30$ for Cold pizza . I would not have had much of an issue if i hadn’t received some type of update on my order at least . Today i’m going through the similar issue . I placed an order and was told by my app notifications that it was out the oven i let 10 minutes pass and don’t see an update on driver . I called and the same employee answered and all i called to ask was if i was going to wait over 3 hours again ? and all he said was “YES” stayed quiet and hung up ! Gee please make sure all employees and giving the best customer service . if not proper training ! Will never order from here again .
They make the pizza better than other stores, but I waited in the drive through for 50 minutes after it said it was ready on the tracker. After someone honked at me, they told me to pull forward. Then I came inside and waited for 30 minutes and they eventually remade my food. No explanation or apology for over an hour. A simple sorry for the delay was given and appreciated but I wish they did or at least said something a little more for how long I waited. I’m guessing the tracker automatically updates itself or they complete the order on the tracker so that the time doesn’t get too long.
The food was tasty but just warm, not hot. Estimated wait time was 15 to 20 minutes. Actual wait time was 43 minutes and I was picking up, so that was waiting in my car. The tracker was only updated once so the APP says my pizza is still baking 18 hours later. Because my order was never updated I could not review the terrible service. How convenient. I will never order pickup service from Dominos ever again.
I basically had to cut my own pizzas. I could pick up the whole pizza and nothing would come off. Also are stuffed breadsticks had no cheese inside. And the driver forgot our drink. I made the mistake of tipping ahead of time. Instead of them offering to deliver the correctly made food they offered to refund everything and then charge me again.
