If I could give no stars I would. I visited this location and the experience was terrible. The food was over cooked and cold. The sauce for my cheese sticks was beyond old. You could tell that the food had been sitting there for hours at least maybe longer. Most restaurants at least fake it they didn’t even try. I will be calling the health department you should be ashamed to serve this food to people
The manger ran his whole shift without staff. • He took orders from phone and customers . • He cooked and served the orders. & • He cashed out the customers . That was the best burger I ever had prepared for me and it was on the fly… This guy Charlie is an absolute champion for His company …
Took over an hour to get the food. Mother inlaw and son got their food quickly but my wife and I didn't and when we finally got it it wasn't what we ordered. There's a reason Denny's restaurants are few and far between. Used to be a great place to eat but it was my first time at this particular one.
My family (The Pattersons) had the waiter Darrin I believe that's how you spell it but what's most important is he treated us with care and We can tell he truly LOVES HIS JOB ! He made us laugh and have a good time we loved the food and honestly we are from Seneca South Carolina but I'm going to tip him even back home cause I know he deserves it and he works hard and fast and That personality is hard to find ! Thank you for the best service we've ever experienced. I would tip him 1k if I had it and honestly I'll have it soon ❤️ most Amazing experience in the world . He deserves a promotion ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
For starters please pull up the gross carpet. Secondly the was a pancake deal with T-mobile i drove 30 miles out for go here and no cookie dough pancakes that’s fine but when asked to substitute for other pancakes was denied. Why can i sub for some your out of.
Service in the restaurant was good. They need a better system for calling in orders. I was told I need to use an automated system on the phone or come in to the store. Smh can't order online if you using a coupon. So it would be higher if they could fix their issues.
Had the best waiter I think I have ever had. His name is Darrin. If you ever come this way and stop in...ask for him. He was awesome
Love Dennys and was in the mood for pancakes. First time ordering a milkshake there. Lacked extras (sprinkles? Syrup? Something?) but still tasted good. Food was good all around. A bit dingy and sticky but not dirty.
TAKE OUT: All the staff there were very nice and helpful.. I placed my to-go order at the counter and sat and waited for it to be done.. I got the Bourbon Chicken Skillet.. It was amazing!
The hubby and I just enjoyed a tender t-bone steak and salmon for half the price of a traditional date night spot. It was pretty quiet until the family crowds started to show, which put a strain on the two servers. Still they were friendly and as efficient as possible.
