This location always has a problem with DQ gift cards. They can never take them. They always say its their system. This is very annoying because my children love Dairy Queen and they always get gift cards from friends and grandparents and we can never use them here! If you don’t take DQ gift cards just say that! Today, I had to pull over and wait for my drive thru order because it was not ready when I came to the window. I waited about 10 minutes. My order was terrible! The bacon on my burger was still raw! It was literally pink and white! The fries were hard as a rock! I feel like if you have to pull over and wait for your order the least they can do is make sure everything is fresh and the bacon is cooked. I don’t want salmonella! Try using pre-cooked bacon. It may be a safer option for you since you obviously can not cook fresh bacon.
Stopped by this Dairy Queen for milkshakes and onion rings while out shopping for the afternoon. Great service. Friendly professional staff. The milkshakes are always great and the onion rings are hot and tasty. A great fast and convenient break in the day for a tasty treat. Thanks DQ!
My son ordered and he liked it! The ladies at the drive thru window are always nice.
Don't waste your money. The food wasn't fresh or hot I just wasted $20 on chicken that's obviously been sitting out. Plus the customer service is a zero..no greeting, no thank you. Just take your money & serve you trash food. 1st & last visit
This review is solemnly on the older lady who answered my call.I went to DQ at 10:25ish ordered few items including the chili cheese dog. Went to work and now 1:40ish have time to eat. I opened the bag and was missing the chili cheese dog. I have my receipt so I called. An older lady picked up. I explained what happened. No apology at all. Her question back to me was, it’s been 4 hours and you’re just eating it and telling me? She also said, she wasn’t the one who took the order so she told me to bring the receipt and come back.It was her attitude, with the accuse tone like I’m trying to cheat her a chili cheese dog when I ordered other items that cost way more than that. I told her that I don’t like her attitude. Then she speaks in a different language talking to a person next to her. I was like excuse me? She said she was talking to her manager. I’m like wth?! She then said again, “bring the receipt!” I was like screw this. She can keep the chili cheese dog and lose a customer over it. ??♀️ What an awesome customer service skill she has?!
Paid $9 for a cheeseburger that tasted like old cafeteria food. At least the fries and desserts were decent. You’d have a better time buying frozen patties and making burger yourself.
2nd time coming. Still wasn't up to my liking. The avocado dip was great as though drinks were as well.
Drive thru can be very busy during lunch time, but service is pretty quick. Great quality fast food.

My grandson ordered th $6 meal, cheeseburger, fries, drink and sundae, their food is okay but this time the fries were cold. I was in axrush so I didn't say anything. This isn't the first time.
