Despite the fact they were understaffed and busy you could tell the whole team was working together to make sure every guest was taken care of. My sister and I both were beyond impressed. Not only were we taken care of in a timely and professional manner, but our food came out quickly and more importantly correctly. The food itself was the best I've ever had from one of the many cracker barrel locations I've visited. Our server Akebia was such a sweet heart and despite being busy she was polite and took the time to talk with us and make sure everything was right and didn't try to rush away she was very cool under the pressure of the busy crowd. She kept our drinks full and even asked if we wanted a drink to-go when we were finished. Every staff member we met today from the host, the kitchen staff and the cashier were phenomenal. They all deserve to be given praise for their outstanding team work and beautiful service. You've got an amazing group of people at this location.

excelente lugar limpio y atención de primera, cuentan con menú en español

We went to this location at 12:15pm on 4/1/22. We ordered lunch portions of the meatloaf and were given dinner portions and charged for dinner portions. When I spoke to the manager about it, he was extremely rude and yelled at the cashier who called him up front. He offered only to take off one drink even though we had to wait over 30 minutes for food, the sweet tea was undrinkable, gravy was not given to go with the country fried steak. We paid over $70 for this and it was absolutely awful. Part of the excuse was that the waitress was new but that's absolutely no excuse. Will absolutely never go there again.

Not the best meal I have had at Cracker barrel. Took a while for the hostess to find a "clean" table as well as a waitress to serve us. Then after delivering our drinks, a different one actually came to take our order. The menu has been streamlined so severely its hard to find favorite items. The server was not very knowledgeable about menu items.. Once I made a decision, he came back 10 minutes later to inform me they were out of that item. I selected a different meal. It took over 30 minutes to get our meal. I had chosen the fried chicken meal. The chicken was borderline burnt. It was edible, but very greasy. The okra was under cooked, and cold. We had to ask for our biscuits and corn muffins. The server was very polite, and as helpful as possible, but needs some additional training.

A fun place to eat. Almost always I order breakfast- you know they do it well. I love the assortments of old fashioned candy, and rocking chairs out front. And big fireplace. Don't much like having to pay at register. And some of the non-breakfast sides just aren't all that good. It's a small complaint for a fine restaurant.

I used to enjoy eating here with my family.. unfortunately most recently the quality of the food was not there at all. Steak was blue and cold vs being medium rare as we asked for and the hash brown casserole and eggs tasted like it was reheated / sat out too long. Our waiter his service was no issue but the quality of the food was not there or as expected. Only thing I enjoyed was the biscuit and gravy. Hopefully next time if there is a next time the quality is much better.

Cracker Barrel is as good as it gets for breakfast. Double meat breakfast, Uncle Herschel’s, and beignets for the win. GREAT service too.

Food was certainly not tasty. Pancakes were okay but scrambled eggs may have been sitting in the kitchen area for a while. They were cold. The coffee has never been good at this restaurant. Only went because they serve breakfast all day. Even the shopping area was disappointing. Maybe these issues are due to the pandemic/staffing. But come on folks. Buy some good coffee!

I am so disgusted by what I just seen. This location in particular have a open kitchen where you can see them prepraring food while waiting to be seated. While I was waiting to be seated I’m looking in the kitchen and see NO ONE absolutely NO ONE with gloves on preparing food. Then what turned me away was seeing the last grab food and place it on someone plate with no gloves and walked out to serve them. As we speak that family is eating that food while that worker touched everything in the store all handles all contaminated things and served them. This time of the pandemic we should be extremely aware of cleanliness nevertheless we should protect customers by doing the proper things as I’m wearing gloves and not preparing food with bare hands. I will not be eating at this location again. I encourage you to look at the kitchen while waiting in line next time you come here. You will be disturbed.

Unbelievable service on a busy day. We understand they were busy but honesty goes a long way. We were told our wait would be 50 min. Seemed reasonable for the amount of people. We waited. 2 hours later, still no table. We asked several times where we were at that point. They said we were next. Then we walked outside to grab the rest of our party and at that point we heard them call ANOTHER party of 6. We went in and asked if that was us. And they said ‘we saw y’all walk out and thought you were leaving so we called someone else’ they assumed. You still call over the speaker the next person on the list. Very very upset and won’t be coming back to this location. Rude, no manners and acted as if they could care less. We just wanted a nice meal where everyone could eat and have some great convos. Did not get this here.
