Normally this is a favorite place of mine but the staff here provided a very poor performance..you have an employee on his phone watching baseball, only 1 guys taking peoples orders and checking them out. Every is in the back “chilling” and not showing any concern for the customers waiting to have their order taken. Did not see a manager around but if there was very poor customer service and management from their part..hope this gets resolved and this place can be a better experience for others..food is great
I wanted to write this review for the safety of others. My friends and I visited yesterday at around 6 and ordered a couple of chicken bowls to go. As we were eating myself and another friend, halfway through, realized that our chicken was undercooked. We are both currently in urgent care after spending all of last night sick as dogs. Safe to say I won’t be coming back to this location. It’s more important to ensure that you keep your customers safe rather than have half the staff joking around serving undercooked products.
We had a quick dinner here on a Monday night, about 40 minutes before closing. Plenty of parking and lots of seating inside. There’s an outside patio too. It was pretty busy even after 9pm. The music was loud and groovy. Hubby and I shared a three taco plate. Carnitas, chicken and barbacoa on soft tacos; the carnitas tasted the best. Amount of chips were pretty thin and disappointing. It was an OK meal at the last minute.
I was told it wasn’t any more guacamole by the cashier Stephannie when Togo clearly had some.. she wasn’t very helpful at all. It was some being made and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take that long for it to be made .. didn’t see why it was a problem with me having a little guacamole when some was being prepared. By the time a person comes to pick up the Togo order the guacamole would be made.
I will be reaching out to the GA Dept of public health IMMEDIATELY to investigate.Witnessed an employee dig her bare hand in the chips and sample it. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness in the store.Brought it to the manager Myra’s attention who seemed annoyed and all but shrugged it off and walked to the back while the employee was allowed to continue to fix food and serve the tainted chips.If this is what goes on in the front I’d hate to see what happens in the back.I ended up having to throw the food out.
I eat chipotle 3-4 times a week at different locations throughout Georgia. This location is top 3 when it comes to cleanliness and service overall. They got me through the line quick and did a great job. They seemed a bit stingy with the portions, but I wont take a star away for it. I noticed even the bathrooms were clean! Also, before we could get up, an employee offered to throw away our stuff and take our plate. Not many Chipotle locations doing that nowadays. Definitely will come back here again.
Fairly disappointing in this visit. The food was actually ok, but the cleanliness and Staff were not acceptable. There was not too much traffic, and there was no one sitting inside at the time. Every single table was dirty with food scraps, and so was the floor. I could not hear the staff member when I was attempting to order, and it seemed like she was having a bad day. As I moved through the line, with several people in my crew ordering at the same time, none of us could hear anyone. One order was tacos, and they were made ok, but overstuffed with rice so much so that they could not be held. We were dining in, ordered drinks, but the last person in the line forgot to add them, so I had to go back through and get them. We ate outside, and those tables were terribly dirty as well. This is as much on the people eating as it is on the staff, so I wasn't impressed with the whole area. The traffic was close to the outside tables, and several people parked with their loud vehicles and exhaust to go in and pick up takeout. It was not a good visit.
This is a busy location and the staff do well moving the service right along. Courteous service, food was fresh and my order was prepared as expected.
Always good. But ordered my food to pick up and waited 30 minutes after getting there little late.Communication is all I ask for. Families came ordered there, ate, and left and I still waited. Next time I will just walk in. ??
So the store itself was fine. The people were friendly and my salad was huge. But i tried the plant based chorizo??? ........ You know the little pieces of burnt flour that somehow ends up on your plate and you chew on it? It's like that. I was disappointed cause it just felt like little burnt bits with every bite. I'll try the sofrito next time. I didn't know the sofrito was tofu based!!!! ????
