This is my regular chick fila and I somehow ALWAYS have a bad experience here. The staff does not have a good attitude. You ask one question and they all look at you sideways!! I wouldn’t recommend this place especially in the morning. They also got my order wrong which definitely did not help the experience. You get stuck behind cars waiting for their orders while you already have yours. So your just waiting for them for an additional 10 minutes!!! Do not recommend !!!
This is the worst Chick-fil-A restaurant I’ve ever been to! The food was ok but restaurant was shockingly in a bad shape! Bathroom was gross, windows were dirty, and under the tables were probably not mopped for a few days at least! Staff were indifferent and it was obvious they didn’t care at all. I have always admired Chick-fil-A for their high standards and hospitality but this restaurant was just a disaster!
This location is great as far as service and food quality, however, I ordered my food, ate it and did this review while sitting in one spot. A few kinks to work out but they are great!!!
I mean it's a Chick-fil-A it's always good to get at least three. This was my first time at this location in probably 3 or 4 years. They have divided the parking lot up into a minefield of poles to regulate traffic and I must admit it's a chaotic mess. I ended up driving around the building twice between getting in and getting out. I'd hate to see it had lunch time. They have a outside person there I'm guessing all the time now. I placed my order and she stuck a card reader in my face so I pushed my card in the hole. She didn't give me any other advice or instructions so we stared at each other for a few minutes until I said, ma'am I don't know how to use this device. And then she said oh take your card and you can go. Then on to the next weight station where there were five or six cars sitting there because the very first car in the row had not gotten its food yet. I don't see a benefit to being able to bring food to five cars at once if nobody can get out if the first car is stuck.
Stellar service as always. A wrap and grilled chicken nuggets were the fare for today. Reliably good as always. What more can be said. ??
Order online waited in the drive thru 30 then got to pick up window nobody help me just ignore me ,I say excuse me ,told them my name they say we don’t have any order with that name ,but did charged me for it.Told me wait I waited then a guy cames an tells me to move An tells me to get in line again in the drive thru so rude try to explain he didn’t let me talk just to argue with me pull my window up an left an is not that complicated to look for an order .Hope never have to go back this chik fil a again so many people working in that location an can’t solve a a order issue.Not even in Mac Donald’s never had an issue with online order.
Lately their service has not been good , long wait time in their drive thru , employees on their phone. Coworker hanging around while cars waiting for them to take their order.
I love Chick-fil-A for the most part they’re always good I get a four because in this Chick-fil-A they always forget either a food item or condiments for one reason or another I don’t get everything I asked for and with the long lines and rather just leave instead of going back in line to ask for something.
This Chicken Sandwich Restaurant is really good because It has a variety of healthy options and unhealthy options to eat.
Worst store. Ordered on app went thru drive thru dat and waited after gave lady my name for mobile order then they said didn’t have it. Asked to pull around parked in drive Thur waiting then gentleman told me to park where us said parking not for customers. Mind you only 3 cars in drive Thru and now been 30 minutes. Still no food.
