Curbside service and drive through service during the pandemic was great. However since this location reopened (most) of the dining room you're greeted with ill-trained staff (TONS of staff- no shortages here) managers who don't care, and long wait times. Repeated errors on orders, unkempt and dirty dining room, young staff members who don't take pride in their work and therefor goof off when when packed .... it goes on and on. Last time we went was the last straw. I'll drive completely out of my way to avoid this location from now on. It's unacceptable. Food quality has also tanked. Sandwiches and fries that have been left to sit and are soggy, buns that are rock hard, fries that are cold- the lost goes on.

Drive through is one of the slowest experience yet. And the drive through personnel could not organize the order of cars. They let 2 one side, 2 the other, then decided to make 1 and 1 and skipped us.Little things in life, but when you are waiting 20 minutes in drive through and hungry, it makes you angry.they forgot the condiments and my ice was melted in my large coke 10 minutes after I left drivethru.

I’m sorry but , this location needs to be shut down. I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that was bad but,I found one this one gives me popeyes vibes.The older lady with the hair net that works there is always rude and mean and always looks annoyed when you ask her for anything. All I wanted was a fruit cup with out apples but she denies me and my friend every time. I Went to a different location and asked if it was possible to have one made with out apples and they said sure.

We asked for extra mayonnaise as we were traveling and not going home where are condiments are. They gave us NO mayonnaise or ketchup. My husband says we asked for extra and got nothing. The girl gave him 2 packets of mayonnaise and 1 ketchup forv4 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries. I had to eat my sandwiches with nothing (except of course the pickles that were on it even though the label on my sandwiches said no pickles) and didn't even eat my fries that weren't salty and had no ketchup. I have been eating at Chic-fil-a since they first opened in Houston,TX when I was a child. This one was by far the worst one I have been to in terms of service.

Typically I have great experiences here but today not so good. I ordered the new smokehouse sandwich with Mac & cheese.First there is no way this is the same mac & cheese recipe that was originally introduced. This was awful. It reminded me of that craft that uses the powder cheese I ate as a kid. The bun and the cheese on the sandwich were both cold.Today you deserve a one star but it's not fair to make you so low due too one bad visit.

The last three times I patronized this Chick fil A they got my order wrong. I got home with my food, and multiple items that I had ordered and paid for were not in the bag. Which basically makes them McDonald's but with way longer lines. Last evening I sat in their drive thru line for half an hour, ordered 2 nuggets, 2 fries, and 2 cookies. Paid $18. Got home, no cookies. This is not a complicated order. And this is happening every time I come here now. May as well let McDonald's get my order wrong.

We have been working with Molly for catering needs for our early morning meetings. She has been great with communication and being flexible as changes come. When I walk in to pick up my order the whole staff greets me with excitement. For a company known for their service, this location really does SHINE!

Ordered from the app for curbside a few times while I was staying near by, my only issue was how do you mix up a sweet tea lemonade 50/50 with a non sweet tea. But hey nobody is perfect but it happened twice. And this is why you got 4/5.

I always have such an pleasant experience at Chick-fil-A! However, today I experienced the worse customer service ever. Maggie at the drive thru was extremely rude to me and her co-workers. All I wanted was fries with no salt . The management also put a poor taste in mouth. I spoke with three young ladies who are in leadership and they weren't any help. I clearly asked for a manager! I finally spoke to a manager and he was very condescending!!! When I expressed the poor customer service I received from Maggie he stated "We're all human" after apologizing. Why apologize if you're going to make excuses for this persons behavior.That doesn't excuse poor behavior and poor customer service.I work in healthcare and I am currently in nursing school, what if I gave poor patient care by mistreating someone. Do you think I can use the excuse as to why I did that and say "we're all human"! I treat my patients with respect no matter what and I always provide them with the best care possible. You don't bring your home problems to work and you don't disrespect people who are helping you stay employed.

You can always count on a good chicken sandwich from this place. I tried the chicken strips for the first time, very tasty. Ordering from the app for curbside service is my go to now. So convenient.
