We decided to grab some last minute burgers on a Friday night around 7pm. Parking is never a problem at this location. Tons of seating inside and out. We both had the bacon cheeseburger meals. The station w the toppings had a bucket of clean tongs to use at one end, then a separate bucket to place the dirty tongs at the other end. The burgers were fresh and good. I took a star off because the fries could have been better.
I ordered the classic meal for $11.99 and side of coleslaw for $2.49. Coleslaw is definitely not worth $2.49, it was plain slaw that just tasted alright. The burger tasted good but wasn't worth the price either. Hardee's burger meals are cheaper, bigger and tasted a little bit better. The unlimited topping is cool but not worth the extra cost.
We love Cheeseburger Bobby's. We've been coming to this location for 4 years. However, this visit, you can see the hardship. Instead of having 1/3 or 1/2 pound of a fresh ground beef patty, you will receive thin patties that build up to the amount of meat requested. Also, I received less onion rings than normal. It was spread out to look like more. The worst thing was the wait time. Because they are under staffed, we waited approximately 25 minutes for our food. As we waited we watched people return their food because fries were cold or something was incorrect. I think it's a sign of the times. Cheeseburger Bobby's has always had great food and service. It's disappointing to see them struggle.
Fresh, good quality burgers. The cheese fries were delicious! Friendly staff that will assist you with your order. Will be returning to try different burger options.

The burger was great but my fries were not good. Cold, hard yuck. The Burger is awesome because you can load it up with your favorite toppings.
I normally would give this place 5 stars. However, today. I had uber deliver my food and items were forgotten and the wrong meat was used on my burger. I know supply chain is messed up and more than likely this place is shorthanded. But there's no excuse to take my money for a product and give me another product and try to pass it off. Restaurants honor nothing when uber is involved and uber blames resturant when orders are wrong. No one takes responsibility for anything. It's very disappointing
I know this place is all about burgers, but I went in and ordered fried chicken tenders and fries. They did not disappoint. My food was hot and I loved my fries with the cajun spice seasoning all over them. You can choose any seasoning you like to sprinkle over your food. Seeing as how they were not that busy, it seemed like I had to wait longer than most would expect for my food. However, since my food was hot and fresh when I did get it, I can't complain. This particular location is near all the shopping essential stores one might need. There is even a UPS store nearby. Dress casually if you wish. Also, I saw a lady's burger and my God it looked good. She said it was the Philly burger. I will definitely be trying that next time.

Been here a couple of times now over the last 4 years and while the food quality is still decent, the restaurant itself is just slipping each and every time. Not as clean, not as stocked and not as friendly a staff as in the past. Tonight's visit I felt like a number instead of a valued paying customer.
