So I ate here this past Sunday, May 29th, around 9pm or 10pm. I got the #3 with lemonade. Shortly after eating I felt nauseous and I was in and out of the bathroom for the rest of the night. So I believe I had food poisoning. I really hate this happened bc I really loved Cheakers. Especially their fries but now ill be too nervous to eat here again..... Update - after thinking I had food poisoning for 2 days. I just tested positive for COVID yesterday (Tuesday). Pretty sure my food was contaminated.
Wasn't very impressed especially when my order was wrong twice. I just never understood how you see the order on the screen & you're making it & packing it & still get it wrong.Next time a fast food place gets my order wrong I'm calling the police because gas to high to be going back?
To the OWNERS - after reading many of the reviews, i think you might want too implement a policy where photos of those product(s) with the reciept, having been in various careers one being investigative - i think there is a percentage of people that are scamming you and your location(s) - The polite way to say it is COMMITING FRAUD - for personal gain ... good luck and I hope you do well .... fmr mgmt hot-n-now
Fries were hot both times but yall was wrong for them old cardboard chicken bites yall put in my bag. Completely inedible. Ate the fries and threw the chicken bites right out the window!
Do not trust Saul.. He is a young guy who seems innocent but he is a scammer.... here's why I say this....Tonight I went to checkers. I ordered a garlic butter burger. The sign outside said 7.99 for the entire combo. When I got to the window Saul asked me for 9.20. I told him about the sign. Saul continued to say he was sorry there was nothing he could do. I said OK fine. It's late and I'm hungry. My receipt said I was charged 9.20 but my phone notification said he charged me 11.04. I spoke to his manager and she politely voided my order refunding me my whole 11.04....As long as Saul works there ? I'd rather eat from a dumpster than to trust Saul with my Visa. I know he's young, but he truly offended me. I have been mentally disabled for over ten years now and I look forward to treating myself with the little money my SSDI gives me each month and I should not be taken advantage of this far along in my life.
Terrible, never eating checkers again. Food was horrible. I don't usually complain but, the place was disgusting. Looks like they haven't cleaned in a while. Burger meat seems as if it was sitting for hours. Chicken sandwich just as bad. And they forget the cheese on my burger.

THEY ARE ALWAYS ON POINT WITH MY ORDER. HAS NEVER BEEN WRONG. SPEED WAS VERY GOOD. NEVER WAIT TOO LONG.
