The service was not what I expected. The waitress did not bring out water or the complimentary bread (which was provided to all the other guests). Then we ordered drinks, my mothers drink was half made (lemonade which was suppose to have syrup, fresh mint and lemon slices) she just threw the syrups together without evening mixing it. We ordered apps and I accidently ordered a salad with chicken and I am a vegetarian. I very politely informed it was my mistake and if you could please replace or charge if you have to. I could have easily lied and said it was her fault but I am not one of those. She then said she will be right back and grab the salad. This meant that she wont charge for the plate as she took it off the table. At the end she did charge me for the salad. My issue is if you are going to charge it let me know and don't take the salad from the table. I could have brought it back for my husband who could have ate it. Also, the main entrée pizza were COLD and I mean COLD. I did not say anything or send it back as I was getting late for an event and did not want to deal with them anymore. I informed the manager after the meal and her response was oh the lettuce and ranch are cold so it made the pizza cold. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? the crust should be hot or even warm!! I will NOT be returning to the place.
We tried to order the avocado club egg rolls but our waitress said that they were out of them. So we ordered the spinach artichoke dip(w/tortilla chips), it was good. I noticed the Santa Fa Pizza was no longer on the menu. I asked our waitress for it. She came back after a while and said it was not available. So I decided to try something new, the Chicken Tequlia Fettuccine. It was delicious.
A friend and I have eaten at this location a lot over the years when shopping in the area. It has always been pretty good but we ate there yesterday and it was very disappointing. I ordered a personal Hawaiian pizza and tortilla soup. The pizza had very little ingredients on it with way too much crust which was mainly burned. The soup was just ok. My friend had a salad and turkey sandwich - it too had very little ingredients on it. She asked for mayo but never got it. The apples slices were thickly cut and there were two very small pieces of turkey on the entire sandwich. The service was extremely slow and lunch was not enjoyable. We will never eat at that location again. We split a dessert. It was supposed to be chocolate cake with hot fudge sauce and whipped cream. It looked nothing like the photo on the menu. The short round piece of cake was cold and the very small amount of chocolate sauce was not hot fudge at all - it was a squirt of what I would call chocolate sauce in a plastic bottle that you would add to ice cream at home. It was served on the plate and not on the cake. The small squirt of whipped cream (also served on the plate) did not even amount to a tablespoon. Service was not good and the waitress never came back for us to tell her the cake was cold. We tasted it and left it on the table. Extremely Slow Service. Terrible. Unfriendly. If you are craving CPK, go to another location.
Service has been consistently horrendous and food quality variable since long before the current staffing related excuses began. Combine that with a lack of even enough staff to keep the place running and a refusal to cut back (hours / days open / capacity) to reflect staffing and you are left with a dependably poor experience.
Food is very good. They were staff challenged when I was there, in the covid times who isn't, but the staff was very friendly and efficient. Once we were seated the food came out promptly. They didn't have a host that night so getting in was a bit chaotic. But they handled it best they could.
Ok so we ordered 3 pizzas, pasta, and 2appetizers. The appetizers were less than appealing, there was no flavor. Our pizzas took a really long time and were served cold. We asked them to reheat they came out with burnt crust. We were then offered to remake them after being there for an hour.
CPK is a good spot for a quick bite. The lettuce wraps are always a favorite. The Butter cake with ice cream never fails! My only disappointment was the Garlic Cream Fettuccine. I added chicken but there seemed to be HARDLY any ?
Food is always great. While they may not be fully staffed the staff there is very competent and service good. Excellent food each time visiting.
Not enough staff. Staff is not trained. Staff was not wearing mask or gloves. Staff was touching food like Basil and Mint leaves without the gloves. Staff was ignoring as much as they can to serve.Pizza was made by some unexperienced young guy. Pizza tasted like cardboard. So dry not enough cheese or sauce. This has happened to us many times in last three months. Money and time were wasted. Need to change the management.
It's a chain but good food. If you want fancy pizza this is a great place. Service has been good.
