I went to this location on 3/4/22 I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I live about 5 minutes away, got home tasted a fry and they were good, not as fresh as I'd like but the chicken on the sandwich was old and dried out like it had been sitting since the breakfast crowd! Tried calling and someone picked up the phone and hung up!!! NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Why is this set up that we can’t leave zero stars??? Omg. So. I just left this location. My order was a spicy chicken sandwich without the white sauce. Needless to say, when I got home, the sauce is on it, but to top it off, my sprite was all carbonated!! I call to speak with the manager, Samuel, only to be told that he won’t be available. I assume he knows how disappointed a lot of his customers are.. now… we are in the middle of a pandemic and things are not looking great with keeping stores staffed so I totally understand a little hardship when keeping up with the demands when they are short staffed. But what is not acceptable is not taking responsibility for giving anything to a customer that has paid… this was a horrible experience. I will never return to this location.. ever. The food was just thrown together and looked like trash. Why would you think this is ok??? Don’t support this location guys..
The last couple of times I have been here for lunch, they have been fast and efficient. Staff was friendly.

Ordered inside for take out. Wife ordered a single whopper combo no cheese or tomatoes. I ordered a double whopper with cheese, sandwich only. Young lady rings us up and hands us 2 cups. She charged us for 2 combos. No problem, l take the cups and get drinks. We get our food and go home. Open the bag at home to find 2 single whoppers with cheese and tomato, 1fry and 1 onion ring. No double whopper that l paid for and my wife is allergic to tomatoes. Never go here. These people just throw food in a bag and smile at you. Ridiculous.
They are never open. I finally see them open one night so I decide to stop, I pull up they say they close in 10 minutes so they are no longer accepting orders. If I told customers at my job that I'm not serving them because I'm supposed to close in 10 minutes I'd be fired. They turned down at least 4 orders while I was in the line.

Quick sandwich. I purchased chicken sandwich and fries from the value menu. Great eco friendly price and quick in and out.
