I enjoy Burger King, it has always been My favorite fast food since childhood. This location was clean, with a curious staff, and efficient. The sandwich was great with some pretty good fries,(Nothing like a fresh batch); and an overall good experience. Dinning in was the choice of the evening and the lobby was very well kept, and without fail; "A clean restroom ?✨"
This location has a lot of problems. Irregular open and closing schedules. The dining room is also sometimes closed in the middle of the day, which means drive through only. There are a lot of people that walk to this location or need to go in to fix incorrect orders. They make you play the back up or pull forward game in the drive through because they want to reset the drive thru timer. They do this even when they aren't busy. I almost got rear ended when another car pulled up behind me because of this. This also causes the parking lot to become a hot traffic mess. Cars everywhere and not sure where they should park. They never give you the food at the window, they always have to walk it out. The orders are always wrong but since the dining room is closed sometimes, you have to go through the drive through again, behind the now long line of cars. People at this location try to gaslight you about what you ordered. I try to have infinite patience and to be polite but politeness is rarely returned. People here are just angry. Coming to this location is like playing a puzzle game. You have to figure out the correct sequence of moves to get the correct order and get out with your car intact. They just need to shut this location down.
Worst service ever the morning manager is very rude I walked in All smiles and said good morning she rolled her eyes she messed up my order and when I told her she threw the bag so I just took what she had. Wouldn't give me any condiments. I knew I should have went to McDonald's. I will never return to this location again. I might be done with burger king. I'm giving this food to the homeless and going to chic fila where you get treated right for spending your money.
Everytime I've come here the past few weeks at about 7am you have been closed, the hours of operation state that you open at 6am about the same time as every bk in gwinnett County. I did the drive through, I was very impressed by how well put together the food and wrappers were. I know this sounds like a small thing, but it just makes me feel like they care when making it. Other than that it tasted fine, the store is easy to get into and out of, a good experience.
I went to this burgerking about 10am and the service was exceptional. From management to cashier to even the pretty sandwich girl. Ill be back.
Had a bit of an issue with my order but I'm very grateful to the manager who made a great effort to make things right.
The staff here is so rude. They said it would be a twenty minute wait even though I was the only person there. They were rude taking my order and rude giving me my food.
I stopped at this location because i was starving. I decided to go inside to give myself a break from behind the wheel. When i got inside i noticed how clean it was. The other customers seemed to really be enjoying there meals so i decided to place an order. The tall women who took my order was so nice it made me ? smile. I just wanted to thank there staff for making my food so tasty, i will be making this store my home.
Very bad attitude and very bad service from the front. Snatched my money out my hand but slammed my change on the counter gave me cold fries ? and slammed those on the counter as well. You would think we dated all that attitude but nope. I rarely come this way. Maybe she likes me and is bad at expressing her emotions ❤️
