I came to Brusters because I had t been in a while. I ordered a kids cup of cherry vanilla ice cream. INSTEAD! I got a cup of what I ordered along with nuts and caramel IN MY ICREAM and I’m allergic to nuts! When I got to work and reqlized what happened and called back for management….. NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE. People please pay attention to what’s in your cups if you have any allergies.

Ice cream was delicious. Chocolate oreo with coffee chip are just divine.
I ordered a Dino sundae they gave me the ice cream with no chocolate syrup after they asked me if I wanted some. So I turned around and told them the mistake and they still got my order wrong they game me the Ice cream and left out the sprinkles . This is unacceptable.
What a delight! Plenty of parking and very friendly customer service. Kiddo got the double chocolate and the chocolate raspberry truffle. Dog got a scoop of vanilla with cute little dog biscuits in the shape of a bone. I got the salted caramel and we all agreed it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Great Service, very fast. Me and daughter went there to celebrate our Covid vaccination. I had Banana split, she had pint of Mint chocolate chip.
Seems like before COVID-19 you got a decent size scoop. Well below is the picture of what they insist is a cup with 2 scoops.
