I had a great time! The first two on the stage could have been better but it takes a lot of courage to get up there. The host was hilarious and the chick that came on before the main comedian was too too funny. Bubba Dub TOTALLY surprised me!! Did not expect the brother to be that good! I was impressed!! Our server on the other hand... Not so good. I paid for seats up front by the stage for a greater experience. The food was simply mildly OKAY. Might have been better had we got the cocktail sauce we requested that never came. Never checked on us.. Never touched up our drinks. Not good service at all. If gratuity was not included in the check, she probably wouldn't have received a tip.
They are lots of recommendations here but not all are legitimate, I will say it's the grace of God I was able to come across Eliana Russel . The good: drinks were good. Tony Rock's performance was amazing!!The bad: our waitress did not return our change despite gratuity being included in the bill. She said she would return with the change and did not.A staff member explained tip was not included in the gratuity. They however said they will get the waitress to return the change.We waited and waited until she finally came back. The waitress return the money but it was short.If it wasn't for that experience, the night would have been perfect.
We've been here twice already and it was awesome. The staff are great. I would suggest a date night or just a night out for good laughs.
This rating is for the club not the comedians. I’ve been here several times but this last time was awful. I watched as our very rude server Jasmine rolled her eyes and huffed at my sisters as they placed their orders. Instead of introducing herself and asking how we were she came over and abruptly asked “are you ready to order?” Mind you this is going on as the show is starting. We placed our orders and then later were told we had to order two items. When my sister said she didn’t want anything else instead of explaining and showing the policy and making her aware there would be a surcharge, she replied very tauntingly “so you are not going to order another item?!” And then proceeds to later tell my sister to get up and go to the front where her manager was. After speaking to the manager and clarifying the situation but also letting him know the customer service we received was very poor this server proceeded to reply “we are hiring”. The fact that she was able to reply so disrespectfully in front of her manager goes to show the extent of her service when he is not there as well. Clearly conduct that is already known and yet allowed. Waitressing is a service field that should have never been permitted. When asked if we could finish this issue without the waitress badgering and deal solely with the manager he said he could not. Mind you the charge says two item per person or $15 surcharge at your table. We were told the surcharge would be per person and not per table as shown on their own website. I said okay to the surcharge but then upon realizing it would be person opted to switch it for some bottles of water. The manager said okay. However the server refused and never took the charge off. We were lied to and told they could not change it because it was too late in the night, as if grabbing a bottle of water required kitchen preparation. Even after the manger said he would have her fix it, she refused. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable. To top it off she automatically gets a $18 gratuity for the horrendous “service“ she provided. I think if people went back to having to work for tips they would remember their customer service skills. Probably my last visit here, I unfortunately refuse to spend my time and money at a place that shows disregarded for professionalism and respect in the work place. You have been warned.

It's a nice size, nice venue. I feel like all the seats are pretty good. First visit and staff was nice. Note is a 2 item minimum and gratuity is taken out automatically. I plan on returning.
Good location easy to park and ticket purchases was simple and easy. Just went this past Friday to see Tommy Davidson. The only issue I had is the tables were small and the seats didn't have enough cushion. Other than that loved the opening acts drinks were good and the vibe was right. We are from Florida so the improv comedy clubs where we live are much bigger although we enjoyed it for my girlfriend's birthday.

Atlanta Comedy Theater gets 5 stars from me solely due to Jasmine. On 3/31 she was one the first people I came in contact with when inside the establishment and she was extremely pleasant!! SHE SET THE TONE!!! She remained that way as I saw her taking other patrons to their seats. Sure some maybe bothered by the 2 item minimum but her attitude made me spend money that I truly hadn't planned on spending. Thank you Jasmine (I hope I am spelling her name correctly, apologies if not) your energy was kind and much needed as it was my first "solo show". I was very comfortable and enjoyedmy visit AND every set!!! I'll be back!!! The drinks aren't bad either!!!!
