I hate to say this because I always get great service and food from here but I went yesterday and Kat was working the window. She was extremely rude because she got my order wrong multiple times trying to correct me about my order. She kept yelling that I had a strawberry lemonade so I just accepted it even tho I ordered peach lemonade. When i proceeded to the window I tried to engage with her to maybe help her have a nicer day. Again she was very rude slamming the window in my face and when I told her I just want her to have a blessed day she sarcastically said “you too” and slammed the window in my face again rolling her eyes. This was my worst experience ever at an arbys.
I come to this arbys quite often, and the customer service has TANKED! Just today, I came through the drive thru to try the new burger. Not only was the lady taking my order being rude (interrupted me twice while I was trying to order) when I pulled around to the window, she didn’t even bother coming to the window to collect the money or even tell me there’d be a wait. I sat at the window for nearly 10 minutes and she still hadn’t said anything to me. I use to manage several fast food places and I can’t stress the words FAST FOOD ENOUGH. Whatever happened to speed of service? I was literally the only person waiting and they acted like my order didn’t matter. So I guess I’ll just have to visit Burger King or somewhere else whenever I want something. Loved arbys to death, but ya lost me on this one ??
Very wonderful customer service! I know with this location my food is always hot and prepared the way I like it. All I ordered this time was curly fries and they were hot and delicious. There employees was so nice and kind. Thank you. Add me on IG for more at here_now_and_forever_infinidi
Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Food was cold AFTER I asked them to freshly prepare my food.

The employees were kind and prompt at this location. I wish there were still Arby' in inner MA (Boston/ Cambridge/ Dedham/ Quincy even) ! That MAC & CHEESE WAS SOOOOOOO DELICIOUS! And they definitely changed the nuggets from when I was a child but they're even better now. I'd take Arby's over other fast food any day! Especially with that Mac & Cheese!
I was expecting FRESH chicken nuggets since they had just opened. However, they were hard and stale. Disappointed! They came highly recommended.
We went here at lunch and dined in. The food was good, and came out fast. The floors were a little dirty, but not enough to doing a star. I will definitely come here again.
I always have a good experience at this location on Indian Trail Rd. Great customer service, my food is hot (Mozzarella cheese sticks) and the (Jamocha shake) is delicious. Thank you for the outstanding experience I get everytime I come.You all are appreciated! #GreatTeamWork
Horrible!!!!They ladies who were at the drive thru window was very rude to myself and the other person in the car.They got my order wrong twice . And when I brought the error to her attention she got smart with us yet again. I will never come back to this store EVER AGAIN!!!! NO MANNERS OR RESPECT
