Employees could be more mindful of cleaning tables after customers. It's still not too busy on the inside to not have a designated dining room attendee. Good thing I carry my own sanitizing cleaner. Other than that issue, the dining experience was very nice.
Always good hot fresh chicken. Employees are always nice thank you's exhibition.
I love this Zaxby’s. They put up with us taking pictures out front and this Zaxby’s had really good customer service. Loved the sandwich I got. 12/10 recommend
The service was fast and friendly but the only thing on my plate hot and fresh were my chicken fingers. The fries were hard and cold and my Texas toast was hard and cold like a brick. I took it because I didn’t have time to wait on another order. The service was quick but the quality of the platter was a 3 outta 10 only because the tenders were hot and fresh!
This is actually a decent Zaxby's, but I'm so over the dining room being closed. I have skipped eating here with my kids at least 10 times over the school year because the dining room is closed. It never reopened after covid, been closed probably 18 months now. That used to be our thing... Off the chic fila I guess...
Excellent service fast service constantly busy and hard-working very professional and was not hesitant to make my order right I would recommend this tax fees if you're in the area!!
Because of health issues we haven't been able to eat out. Today we visited Zaxby's for the 1st time in Year. The food was good but the portion sure seems smaller.
I had the boneless wings with teriyaki. Delicious and very tender.
Drive-thru only open, lobby closed due more than likely to staffing issues. It's the same everywhere nowadays. I was a bit hesitant to get in the line, due to the number of cars but after a short wait I was at the order kiosk. Staff was friendly and delivered my order promptly. Food was hot and delicious even after my ten minute ride home. Definitely worth the trip to this location. ??
This Zaxby's has always had good service and good quality food items. Their Zalads are always fresh. Expect to wait in the drive-thru bc they are always busy.
