Zaxbys has really lost their touch at this location, a DM should definitely spend an entire day here and fix up their methods. Pay extra for tossed tenders and extra sauce - hardly ever get that. Team members in the drive thru window almost ALWAYS have an attitude . A gentleman named Raph had the worst rbf and even proceeded to allow me to see him roll his eyes at me having a second order to my car . What happened to zaxbys old hospitality ?
Salty and old. I ordered the Niblerz. The chicken was too salty, the bread was old and hard. This is the 3rd time in the past year I’ve tried to eat those Niblerz but they were too salty. But to add more salt to the wound, stale hard bread?! I really liked them in the past so I don’t know who’s idea it was to add more salt. I give up and won’t be back for your heart attack Nibblerz.
It's all my food came out fresh and I understand that Friday nights and Saturday nights are very busy still is not an excuse to mess up the order every time I think they need to train people better on how to pay attention to what they are reading though we are all allowed mistakes order accuracy is very important in this business just ask Chick-fil-A.

Hey, i just wanted to tell y'all that y'all's ranch taste like cardboard. You might wanna throw out the boxes, they might've spoiled. This is the second time it's happened. ? The food is good tho!! It's just the ranch!! The zax sauce is good af though.
Line long but worth the wait
We ordered on the app and gave the time of pick up at 5. We parked in the area for mobile orders and called but no answer. We then decided to go through the drive thru to let them know we were there to pick up a mobile order. They then told us to park in one of the designated spots for pick up. This was now at 5 the time we picked to have our order ready. We sat in the spot for 20 min and still no food. One of the workers brought out two other orders that had come after us but never came over to ask us if we were waiting for an order. We ended up having to call again to let them know we were there for an order. When we got home our food was cold and our French fries were undercooked.
Good chicken, the sauces are great. One of my 8 piece orders only had 5 in it this visit, but my daughter didn't eat all 5 anyway. We got some of the nibbler sandwiches and they needed more zax sauce for sure. The fried mushrooms are soo good
This place is Chick-fil-A prices and McDonald's quality they're definitely not going to break the bank got a chicken sandwich had one little piece of leaf lettuce and one little tiny piece of tomato well worth the leg that I paid for the sandwich
Best experience at a Zaxby's ever and I've been to quite a few in the Atlanta area. The customer service is amazing and the food was just as great
