Went for the first time ever in this city, at this location. Not only are their services slow (I waited 45 minutes on a walk-in order), but the place is just dirty and unsanitary. The floors were sticky and the tables weren't clean. The trash can is near the seats where you dine in which causes gnats to fly around your area. The hot sauce was just dumped on my wings. I will never be back to this location. I'll continue to go to the one in Columbus, GA.
DON'T ORDER ONLINE! It will process your order but the business is closed when you arrive. No one will answer the phone. We sent an employee to pick up lunch for our team after placing an order online. What a waste of time. The business hours shows they open at 11am. We arrived around 12:15pm. No notice on the door, Google or Facebook. Now to call my bank to stop the payment.
Online website says they open at 12pm, the sign on their door says open 7 days a week 11am-midnight. Currently sitting outside at 12:20pm and it appears to be closed. I wish they would advertise that so I wouldn’t have wasted a drive over here.
Don't go, demanded a thank you after he forgot my order and I had to go back 30 minutes later. My order should of been free with an apology but instead they demanded a thank you being instigating. Garbage place don't see how its stays open.
Just wish I could order. Last two times they were not accepting online ordering and they will not answer their phone. This is not a sit down restaurant. People expect to place an order prior to arriving to pick up so you do not have to wait 30+ minutes for the food to be prepared. Not sure....maybe they are out of business.Good thing Buffalo Wild Wings is right next door!
They were great before Covid, I had them at 4 stars. Now every order is overcooked or just wrong in general, nobody answers the phone and the way to complain online is broken apparently. So wrong orders, bad food or bad customer service gets them a one star for me. If I try them again (after 20+ orders mostly good) I will re-rate.
I went in a week ago after ordering my lunch online and was told I couldn’t get my food because they were new and a manager was not there to assist. I completed the survey online and was called immediately by the district manager Victor who said he had just taken over the store 2 mths ago. I never received my food and my card was still charged. I’ve called the store everyday with no answer.Bad business, poor customer service

They need to think about the customer for temperature,it's like waking into a freezer. Please cook my wings the way I asked not your preference,
