I realize they're paid starvation wages, but a little bit of customer service would still be nice. I think it's probably a corporate issue because this isn't the first Wendy's I've gone to that's been out of chocolate frosty. Wasn't told until after we'd paid and was only offered a vanilla frosty or other drink. No offer for refund on the frosty or some kind of coupon for the next time. Everyone there was probably over worked, but no one has money nowadays. It'd be nice if we could look out for each other.
Drive thru was a little slow, but service was friendly and the food was hot.
It's raining and I can see through the pouring rain that there is a sign that says dining room open. So I get 1yo and 5yo unbuckled, then we all run to the door, only for it to be LOCKED. Huddled next to the building so as not to get so soaked and the sign clearly states that the dining room is open, even up close. If that's not the case, CHANGE YOUR SIGN TO SAY DRIVE THRU ONLY.
Friendly, fast and food was fresh and just like we ordered.

Went through drive-thru and at least 30 minutes in line or more not happy..
I drove 7 miles one way google said it was open till midnight , I got in line at 9:30 no one said anything to me , even if they closed early people were inside to tell me but they didn't dissatisfaction 100%
The food is pretty good, they just need to work on costumer service.
Wendy's in Deming N M .great service and the food was tasty. Will always go back .
I didn't think that the employee was attentive as I tried to be jovial with him but he appeared nonchalant or maybe I wasn't the right color. I ordered cookies and I was told that they were available, so I requested some but didn't receive any. Maybe he forgot or didn't care about the order being properly fulfilled. To say the least, I was disappointed. One good aspect, was the lady who gave me my order had a smile and made me feel appreciated, otherwise I would have felt customer service is a thing of the past.
