I placed a mobile order for pickup inside the restaurant at 753pm since I was right next door at Kohl’s. At 755pm I tried to enter the building, but all doors were already locked. I called the phone, and no one answered. I then spent no less than 25 minutes waiting in the drive through only to be told my mobile order didn’t exist and I would have to pay AGAIN. They refused to help me, and I left without any food. Disgraceful.
The food is good, but it takes 20-30 minutes to get through the drive through. Twice I gave up and left.
These people that work here are on top of there game. I had 7 orders and they helped me from start to finish with a smile. I just love this place.
Not bad for a Wendy's just got to make sure you always have them give you a hot fries I don't know why they feel they got to keep old soggy fries when you're paying two bucks three bucks for a piece of potato but there's typical of all fast foods
The service was great! The drink machine had soda all down the front and the door to the restaurant was dirty. The counters looked clean and the tables were pretty clean. The food was pretty good! If I had seen the other stuff before we ate, we wouldn't have eaten there.
We pulled up at 9:40 to order before they closed at 10pm. There has just been two cars in the drive thru when I pulled in. The young woman was extremely rude when I pulled to the window. Doing the cut throat sign that they’re closed and having the ugliest tone and look on her face. After I sat here to do my review of this encounter, she then tried to speak to me through the glass. She asked me to move my car because I was messing up her drive thru time (being super rude). I informed her I was looking for somewhere else to order since I am new to the area. She said please move forward then. I said if you are closed, then why does it matter that your drive they time is still going? When it states you close at 10pm. She responded that they closed at 9:30 due to inspection in the morning. If she had opened the window and said I’m sorry but we have closed early due to an inspection in the morning and getting ready for it. I would have said ok, thank you and have a good night. However the rudeness that she exerted was absolutely ridiculous!! I will be back to speak to a manager during the day time.
Very nice and professional crew Miss Cornelius and her staff very fast very clean Wendy's.. through all the hard times going on in the world they still find a way to make everyone's order right even if sometimes they make a mistake they always strive to make it right I'd highly recommend this Wendy's if you're around the Newnan area!!
I had a pleasant drive thru experience. Ordered a few biggie bags and nuggets. Everything came out correctly and warm. Server was friendly as well. Great location!
Excellent experience at this Wendy’s. Food was hot and tasted really good! Service was excellent too. Line for the drive thru went fast.
This particular location is just okay. The customer service could be much better at the drive thru window. On a better note, the young lady that took my order had a pleasant speaking voice. The portion size of fries should be more.
