This is just a sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant. I have never been to any restaurant that has as slow service as this location. I’ve given this Wendy’s location so many chances, but it’s the same every time. I should not be waiting 45 minutes just to go through the drive-thru. If it’s one time, then l understand that they might be busy; however, this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve only kept coming here because of how close it is to where I live, but this is just ridiculous. Someone needs to do something about this place.
Literally sitting out here in the parking lot. I asked for a PLAIN biscuit and even put emphasis on it. The girl brought me out a chicken biscuit anyway and I said this not what I ordered. She said u wanted just a regular biscuit??? I’m like it’s not a trick question. Well they gave me a plain biscuit but didn’t refund me my money or give me a receipt…. Unprofessional
Ouch. So love the food but this is the only dining room in the area that is still closed not sure why sounds like it is just unwilling to open up the dining room. Drive-through is wrapped around the building and have to wait over 20 to 25 minutes to get fast food. Please open up your show room like the rest of the Wendy’s!! Also if you notice there is no replies back from corporate just so is they don’t care.
0 Stars. Dining room is closed so one would think that resources would be focused and allocated on the drive-thru…Wrong. Line wrapped around the building. Waited 20 minutes in line only to receive awful customer service. Felt like an inconvenience to this staff. Staff was standing idly by and dancing on their phones making videos while paying customers are waiting. Management is abysmal. But damn I love a JBC.Sincerely, former Wendy’s employee.
Erica is a horrid person who can’t make food right to save her life. She constantly is rude, never helpful, ALWAYS messes food up when I come through. I swear most days she’s working I see half the cars angrily have to pull back up to get their right orders. I don’t know how many times she’s had to fix my order cause she won’t listen. Never has she EVER been nice about it no matter how apologetic I was. Oh and she also seems to think it’s okay to ask her heavier set customers if they’re pregnant - nope sorry, I’m just fat but wish my body could do that, thanks for asking! It doesn’t help that when I spoke to a manager about the bad attitude I just received more nasty from - I think she said her name was Connie - them. I just wanted my food right & not cold but I guess it’s way too hard for either of those 2 to get their job right. Never had an issue with any of the other managers - just these 2 and their always nasty attitudes.

They went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate our group of 51 people by staying open later than they should have and getting us served promptly and orderly. YOU ALL ALL ROCK!!!
Horrible business model. Order from the app for carryout and their lobby is closed. They won't let you walk through the drive thru so you can’t get your food if you walked over to their store. If you knock on the door they just shake their heads and look at you. If you call they will not answer. This location has some of the worst customer service from their employees. I used to walk next door almost every day for lunch before covid. They have been opening their lobby more so I thought I would start trying again. One order went good without any issues. Next two orders have gone horrible without being able to get my food. There will not be a third.
Apparently they don't want to do much of their job it's 11 and the dining room is still closed which Apparently is a on going thing at this Wendy's! If i wanted to eat in my car i would have went some where like McDonald's guess this place is striving to be like them! WONT BE BACK!
Old fries.. Food barely warm.. Asked for bbq sauce got sweet and sour.. Asked to add mayo then only got mayo on sandwich and very little at that... Overall service... STRAIGHT RIDICULOUS!
every dining room at Wendy's is open in the state of Georgia except for the dining room at the Wendy's in Newnan Georgia. the door has a sign on it that plainly says the dining room is open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and at 1:00 p.m. it's locked and close so it would be nice to have a restaurant have false advertisement because I got it just to go in and get my food to find out that the door was locked then had to get back in the line and that dumb as hell not said open I would have known the dining room was closed! the manager might be a good manager but she's definitely not doing everything that her job title includes. just for that I will not be coming back to this Wendy's and instead I'll be taking my money to Burger King or someone else that will let me in the restaurant considering that covid mandates have been lifted so welcome to the world of losing money which y'all have been doing on the stock market quite well lately and you're going to continue to fall with the poor leadership you have from corporate to management
