Came here after graduation with the family. One waitress, Bre, refused to clean off a table to seat our group. We offered to help clean the table and she refused the assistance. We then went to the other end of the restaurant to seat. The young gal rolled her eyes and refused to serve us. When we asked Bre for the manager's name and number both waitresses refused to get it for us.After an hour and a half, our entire group still did not have seats, even though there were tables. Our entire group was still without drinks.This was hands down the worst experience at any waffle house that I have ever been to.
The staff at this particular location are so cohesive and wonderful that I just have to comment on it. My husband and I stopped here for a quick breakfast and sat at the counter. We saw each employee treating everyone with warm kindness. They all work together so well and their service certainly reflects it. The food was great! I’ve been to many great waffle houses but 1570 surpasses them all.
The server was nice which is why I gave it 2 stars. The food was AWFUL!! Almost everything was prepared incorrectly.. Our eggs were raw the first time they came out and there was a HAIR in our second attempt at making over medium eggs!! I ordered well done hashbrowns that were barely cooked... My pecan waffle had a few specks of pecan dust only in the middle of the soggy waffle.... it's UNBELIEVABLE that this place is still open
The only eating place open in Newnan- Peachtree city Atl at 1am. Food is always good.
My five stars are for Faithe and her only! The “rockstar grill operator” was having to repeatedly check back with her to make sure he was cooking the right thing and right amount of it. I didnt catch his name, but he was very difficult towards faithe and the one other woman working. Cook actually ended up walking about and Faithe was very apologetic to all of the customers. She has done an amazing job tonight considering the circumstances!!
Great serving staff and good food. Only complaint is: it is too cold in the building to enjoy your meal. Sorry if the cooks are too hot, we have had to get coats out of our car to eat. If there is some problem with the HVAC it needs to be corrected. Hate to go some where else.
The cook Thomas was really rude, overcooked our bacon to the point where it was hard and black, and the grill was not cleaned you could taste burnt grill flavor on everything. I also order the Texas Bacon Lover's BLT which comes with 5 slices of Bacon on each sandwich for $5.99 each, Thomas told the Server Morgan to only give me 2 pieces of Bacon per sandwich. Bacon is $1.75 per piece so $3.50, but yet I was to pay $5.99 per sandwich, that's $12.81 for (4) pieces of bacon rather than (10), (2) slices of lettuce, and (2) slices of tomato. To top it all off this man gave me end pieces of bread for my sandwich..... who does that? Thank you for reading this long winded complaint. #Thomasneedstraining

The food is always hot and come to u fast. The service is fantastic.
Wasn't very sanitary. Girl cleaned the tables and threw the dirty towel on top of the silverware. Didn't wash any of the condiments on the tables. With covid going around, it's not good. I won't be going back. Of course I didn't see this until I was already eating my food or I would have walked out.
