Staff was overwhelmed and bickering at breakfast. Manager tried to ease things by stopping to go orders. Still got wrong breakfast and wiped down the counter myself. Cook took a break during the peak and when he returned was told his coworkers were unhappy about him bailing. His response was oh really f this place and left ???. Went back 5 hrs later for a patty melt and manager was still in the back arguing with someone but yelling loud enough for us to here. Waitress had 4 booths to tend two and 2 were dirty. Sat 10 min and at least she said she’d get to me. And they had roped off 2/3 of the seats. I get it’s Waffle House not nobu but cmon folks. If you got time and wait a waffle with a show this is the place for you.worst one I’ve ever been to. But last nite was a different story. Oh well timing and staff are everything I guess.
PICK YP YOUR PHONE FOR CARRY-OUT ORDERS ALL THE TIME. Some morning you'll get an answer, some mornings you have to call twice or three times before you get an answer. Other morning like this morning you can call for twenty minutes straight and never get an answer even though when you drive by there is only like 3 people in the restaurant and plenty of people working. ANSWER THE PHONE my goodness it's like you don't want business which if that's the case my business will go elsewhere.
The server was nice but the grill op had one table of 4 on the grill and was too busy arguing with his girlfriend to actually get through that order so that the server could call in our order. We ended up paying for our drinks, tipping the server and leaving cause it took so long and they were not busy at all.
Waitress was very attentive and friendly. Food was cooked good. Location was clean.
Fast quick and friendly service even with a packed lobby. Every waiter/ waitress and cook were working together beautifully. The food was delicious as well. Definitely my favorite waffle house location thus far.
Got my food to go but the 2 staff members couldn't have been more courteous and attentive. Food was prepared very nicely and was good.
Server walked from outside talking smoking a cigarette, didn’t wash her hands, cook nah not over his nose and he’s coughing! Other server mask not over her nose either! And on top of that burnt my waffle and the grits were lumpy.. SMH and disgusting never going back there! They need to do better just nasty!
This place is disgusting. I sat down ordered my food and starting eating. Something caught the corner of my eye and when I looked down at the floor a mouse was staring at me...then once again I saw another mouse that came out from under the prep table where the cook had been scraping food onto the floor.. When I told the waitress she informed me that they are aware of the issue and they were closing the next day for pest control to clear them out but, when I came back by this location the next day they were still open. Needless to say I didn't eat my food nor will I ever go back to this location as they have no concern for public heath.
My server Amanda was wonderful! She was very attentive. The food was cooked quickly and as ordered.
Great server and good food. Quite busy as usual. Got my drink in a Togo cup without even asking which is a plus.
