Walked in last night to place a to- go order. I was the only customer inside. The waitress is behind the counter waiting for me to make a decision. I look up from the menu and I see something moving out of my peripheral...it's.... A German Cockroach crawling o. The counter. The waitress and I both gasp and back away from the counter . You usually don't see these type of roaches unless there is some type of infestation ,so I'm certain there are more. I turned around and walked right out the door. I was honestly floored. -10/10
I'm sure Waffle House is never going to be known to the gourmet diners, but to "average Americans" getting a basic breakfast of eggs, grits (or potatoes) and toast with plenty of coffee is a great way to begin a day...or end an evening!Personally, I had Scattered, Covered, Smothered, Peppered, Chopped, etc hash browns and toast with my coffee. Delicious, as usual.Our waitress, Preshanna, was sweet and kept my cup filled. She brought our order to the table as soon as it was prepared. The two guys at the grill lived up to the "Rockstar Griller" printed on one of their shirts. I love being treated like they are glad to be serving the customers.
Waffle House rocks! Literally, I play the juke box while I eat and have a good time. I'll be back soon!
The customer service associate was great, the food was very good. I didn't have to add a ton of salt to my food and that is very impressive.

Good food and good service. I’ll be back for a quick easy breakfast, I wish there menu was bigger. They didn’t have many options to pick from. I went with the bacon eggs and hash browns. With orange juice and coffee
Today was definitely the best dining experience. My server was spot on and picture perfect. I'm so glad that I stopped by this location.
The usual great breakfast found at Waffle House everywhere. The service was quick polite and professional. Highly recommend
Been here several times. Have had great experiences before but this is the 2nd time ordering bacon lovers blt and getting a sandwich with 2 crumbled pieces of bacon. You all really need to do better. I ordered it out, but if i had eaten in, you would not have served me a sandwich with crumbles. Do better!!!
The hash brown bowl is pretty good, the service was excellent, this was my first date
