The restaurant is spacious and has a really nice outdoor patio area. The aesthetic is great…fromthe outdoor landscaping to the upgraded light fixtures and the cutest little red door that children can enter. The food was fresh and customer service was great. I highly recommend this location.
The lady in the picture facing the camera has a nasty attitude. Got rude with a costumer when she tried to check the order to make sure it was right. She works the morning shift. Don’t work in a place where you have to deal with people if you’re going to give them attitude.
I’m sitting here enjoying lunch with my daughter, when a young man and a lady come outside to tidy up. The way the lady is helping lead and coach this young man brings happy tears to my eyes. My daughter has autism and we know the power of positive people around us. Thank you for setting a positive example for our youth.The food was so good. First of all, the waiters were very friendly and had great southern hospitality. The food was delicious, and trust me if you enjoy eating big meals, this is the perfect place to eat at. Also a nice side observation, this restaurant has a diverse team!
The customer service here is OUT OF THIS WORLD! I have a cocoa allergy and the waitress went WELL out of her way to make sure there was no allergen in my shake. We were on a little bit of a time crunch so we weren't going to sit down. The kitchen manager found us in line to let us know if we gave her a moment she would clean a table for us. I'm so sorry I can't remember their names but their service is remembered and I would definitely visit again just to see them.

We stopped for breakfast on a trip from Atlanta to Florida. Even though they were slammed the service was great and food hot and tasty. I always have the Egg White Grill and my wife like the chicken mini's. The restaurant was clean.
It takes A LOT for me to give a Chick-fil-A one star. But I'm DONE. Wrong orders. Bad information. Rude customer service. Even the quality of food is not what it used to be. On one particular visit, I was sitting in a curbside spot watching everyone else get their food. Then I finally let someone know and never got an apology or any kind of remorse. On another visit, we asked for a small change on my son's food and was told "nope" and that it "annoys them" when you make changes. WHAT? Are you kidding me? I couldn't believe she said that. She even asked her manager and the manager quickly said no. This location no longer represents Chick-fil-A's standards. And they haven't for a while. I'm so disappointed about it. So, as I've done for about a year now, I will drive further and go to the Poplar Road location.
We dined in on our way to the beach. This location is so fun for the kids. My son loves watching the train go around the dining room & they liked the little red door! Restaurant was very clean & well run. The food was great as always.
This is sad !! I love Chick-fil-A and I always go here on my 30 minutes almost everyday. As of today I just order a kids meal and my fries were Stale , Cool , and Nasty . Honestly I don’t have time to go back in there to get fresher fries because my break isn’t long . Please Do better .
