Food was cold, & fries were soggy…. Supposed to be a “Hillbilly Philly” or whatever but for $16 could go somewhere much better
Mad Mexican will now be my catering go-to place!! They were so great with Communication, they showed up on time with everything I requested, it all tasted great, my guests were so happy and the price wasn’t bad at all! I was so impressed!!
Consistently disappointing. Mexican items barely above room temp. Never have ketchup on hand for hot dogs. Order takers seem put out to do anything.
I was not expecting to love this place. Didn't even think I would like it...but boy was I pleasantly surprised by the superior service and amazing flavor! We were promptly and warmly welcomed even though a small queue was formed. Then coached through the menu since we expressed we were first-timers.We shared El Diablo shrimp tacos, and a hotdog quesadilla (recommended by a friend) with slaw and queso for sides.I would have liked a little more cheese on the quesadilla dog, and maybe more slaw for the price but overall everything was fresh and made with love.Definitely would come back!
We are new to Newnan and just tried the Mad Mexican a few weeks ago and we are OBSESSED! We absolutely love how fresh and delicious the menu is. So far our favorite Mexican joint in Newnan!
Best Brunswick stew anywhere ever. Odd menu option for a Mexican joint? Maybe. But it was so delicious. The brisket burrito was also top notch & the table loved the salsa. Friendly employees and quick service. Will definitely return.
Ordered. sat down and was served promptly and in friendly local fashion. kitchen /wait staff were great. My only issue was with the food. If you like +chipolte with all of its signature sweetened sauces , then youd like this place. Im more of a taco basic type as the shrimp on taco was drowning in some sauce that was not my favorite . Grilled onions and cilantro or lettuce and cheese and hot sauce I wouldve preferred aside from the shrimp being fried to the Harder than hard point of no return.. just didnt like what was served.
Overpriced, very bland, small servings and the chicken was like nothing I have ever seen, it looked like cat food. I can make better Mexican food. And I never write bad reviews but I am upset, we spent over $30 for two meals and the only thing I ate was the chips.
Very dry. I got the chicken tacos and the chicken looked like someone’s dog chewed it up and spit it out. The macaroni was very dry as well and had no flavor. The salsa was decent but not good although it did make the tacos taste somewhat edible. The chips were probably the best part about it. I’d give them 1 star for trying but don’t let a bunch of white people cook Mexican food.
$3.50 for a side of Mac and cheese that’s barely bigger than the tines on my fork?? Yeah, no thanks. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed by this place. Mediocre, cheap food with tiny portions. They’re probably making a killer profit on serving everything with a side of chips and sides fit for a toddler.
