This place is so nasty. The workers will touch themselves with the same gloves on that they are fixing food and not even change their gloves. I watched the girl touch her arm pit and then grab some cheese and put it on my food. They have dirt and food and all kinds of stuff on the floor. The bathroom also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. No toilet paper and no soap. Got a refund and left.
This store is FILTHY. Food and service are good, but the store is disgusting. Could not find a clean table and had to go outside. There is food all over the tables, under them on the floor and under the benches against the wall hasn’t been cleaned in ages based on what is under them. Drink area is filthy too.
Taco Bell is usually a consistent franchise and you know what to expect such as marginal everything, but this location always comes in below average. Drive through is often slower and interior is never clean with a greasy film feeling throughout. Tables and chairs are scattered about and not wiped down. Employees are usually understaffed but if not busy you’ll find them sitting on the counter with their back to you with their underwear showing when you walk in and wearing their night garments.
I am a hijabi. I am Muslim... a daughter of Allah and in my Taco Bell bag, I found a pamphlet advertising Christianity. This is unacceptable. I am all for religious equality and spreading the gospel, however I am quite offended that after arriving at my humble abode, I find a little picture pamphlet telling me if I don't follow the rules of Christianity, I was and I quote, "Burn in the fiery pits of hell". Rectify this... IMMEDIATELY>
This was my order fixed by Taco Bell located on Newnan Crossing Blvd. Spoke with the GM Terry concerning my complaints referred to door dash who didn’t fix my order and rudely hung up the phone on me. I will never eat from this location.
Imagine the absolute bare minimum you'd expect.Now lower it.No, still too high.No, really, the utter, absolute, most minimal effort employees could put into their jobs.No seriously, they're barely putting in the effort of automated nervous system processes like breathing.Good. You'll still be disappointed by how shockingly bad this location sucks, but you'll be slightly LESS disappointed by the absolutely astounding level of incompetence you'll encounter.
i never get a receipt, utensils, straw, or sauces. they never fill the items up with food. they can’t even toast the food that is supposed to be toasted. this happens everytime i go not just once or twice.
I loved Taco Bell breakfast but I’ve had this happen to me twice. I order a bacon AM CRUNCHWRAP. Somehow I always end up with a freaking burrito. The burrito was dry and did not have the jalapeño sauce that comes in it. This really blew me because I ordered this by way of door dash and I didn’t have time to take it back due to my WAH job.
This place really sucks. Sunday night, day after Christmas I went through the drive thru. I ordered 4 regular Tacos, a Burrito off of the value menu, and fire sauce. Oh, there are no value items on the menu anymore. What I received was what I ordered, which was fine, but I only got 4 packets of mild sauce when I ordered spicer and that was it. I don't come here often, maybe three times since it opened, I swear every time, I've been told they don't have items because they have been discontinued. I have also had to go in the restaurant to get napkins and sauce. This will be my last visit here. Customer service matters to me, and this place hasn't lived up to its end of the bargain. Maybe if they paid thier workers a living wage, they would care a little more about the bussiness.
Usually love taco bell. This one is really near my work so I've been going quite often. They've been incredibly rude everytime, and have messed up my order and continued to be rude more than half the time. Save your money dude. The red headed guy is the only one worth saving.
