The young lady who is running the store here at 8 AM December 3, 2021 has just been the absolute sweetest. The woman in front of me made about 15 changes to her one cup of coffee and the girl never flinched. I am so impressed and would hire this girl in a heartbeat to run my business. I am trying to get her name
Been coming here for the past month, and my orders always come out being consistent and tasty! The worker i always see is Madison, and she is always so kind and friendly!!! I look forward to placing an order when shes there. shes awesome ?
Inconsistent, just go the one across the street this one has inexperienced employees and their stuff is never in stock
Worst tasting coffee in the world and their lack of respect for our country and our LEO's makes me wish I'd kept my money and went to McDonald's for coffee!

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to, and I have been to my fair share. I get coffee here every morning before work, and I have yet to have a less than stellar experience. The staff is always extremely friendly, and most importantly (to me) the drinks are consistent. I’ve been to many other Starbucks (and coffee shops in general) where the drinks can be mediocre to great, depending on the barista working that day. This one has very little variation. It’s an added plus that everyone that works here is so friendly! The friendly staff and great coffee will ensure your morning sets you up to have a wonderful day.
I stood in line for almost 10 minutes while the girls working talked to the person in front of me. Then they were unable to make my drink because they had already closed the frappuccino machine down. They close at 8pm, I was placed my ordered at 7:45 pm. I will not order from here again.
Totally inconsistent results. No foam no whip gets you 3/4 cup of coffee..totally irritating. I want it to be a full cup of coffee at the prices that are charged. Many times it tastes like cold or hot milk...no coffee. I've seen many people ask to get their drinks to be remade only to get the same thing again and leave in frustration. Often times there is only one poor person working at the busiest time of the morning.
I'm surprised at the other reviews - maybe you should take my review with a grain of salt because I just might expect too much for a $5 cup of coffee. And, although this is a new location, they should be farther up the curve than they are. I've stopped here three times and have been disappointed each time. Service is not very good. I'd appreciate a little more attention to preparing my drink than listening to their tales to each other. To me, it's worth it to drive a couple miles down the road to PTC and have my coffee there.
The location is in the Kroger and the bathroom is horrible. It was nightmarish and the coffee was very old, I have had better gas station coffee.
