In December, they over charged me, and I thought it was weird that I spent so much. I didn’t question it at the time, but I started to later on. Now, in February, they gave me 10 dollars back. I’m glad someone there is doing their job and checking the money. The food was good btw, just pricey as always.

As a new fan of Starbucks, I am quickly learning that not all locations are created equal. This location has the quintessential trendy look, feel, and amazing smell that greets you as you walk in the door but without the backing of the great products as well, I cannot say that I recommend this location. The wait is always long, which I would not mind if I were rewarded with a great beverage. Sadly, thus far, I have not. I have gotten hit or miss on personability, this particular trip was at approximately 9:53 am, they were crowded so I understand it becomes more robotic trying to get everyone served but truly you have to slow down and get it right as in the service industry it should ALWAYS be quality over quantity. People WILL wait more willingly if they know what they are waiting for will be well worth it. I waited for my fourth trip here to fairly review as I know sometimes it can be hit or miss by the baristas themselves. Each time, I have ordered the same drinks, with additions, if my children are in tow. Ordering extras on a frappuccino does add an additional charge but sadly, I cannot say I have ever received those extras, even though they are clearly printed on the cup so that I know my order was taken correctly. As you can see in the photo the extra mocha drizzle I ordered was more of a sad single strip and the caramel crunch that was supposed to be extra twice over barely made it to ordinary standard. To mention the taste, the blend was not smooth whatsoever. So, wherever your straw hit you either got a mouthful of straight milk, ice, sweetness, or straight coffee. If I had tried my first Starbucks frappuccino here I would not have been made a fan at all and would have simply wondered what all the fuss was about.
This establishment allows its drive thru to backup out onto highway 34 causing traffic problems and preventing people from entering and leaving nearby establishments. Other drive thru operators are pretty good about rerouting their traffic through parking lots rather than actual roads. Not this place.
Seems this location has expanded their hours and has gotten better.I have had a good experience the last few visits.

Awful. Make you wait in the drive thru to pick up online order and when you there they sent me back in line with some stupid excuses. My order was supposed to be ready 5 minutes before I got there. The girls didnt even say sorry. Total mess.
