My 5 stars all go to RON! This location is extremely lucky to have such a kind, happy, competent employee.Typically, I avoid this particular café at all costs- they have high turnover (management can’t keep people… wonder why…..) so the baristas typically have no idea what’s going on. Not Ron! He’s a shining star among the sea of otherwise bad coffee. I know if I get a cup from him, it’s going to be delicious AND it will come with the biggest smile to make my morning. This world needs more people like Ron!
They leave the sign light off a lot. I never know if it’s open in the am. Maybe to keep it less busy in the morning? When I mentioned the menu light was off they said they knew it was off and when I told them I couldn’t read the menu because it was so dark they just didn’t respond. After asking, they had to read out options for me. The whole experience just seemed odd.
OH MY GOODNESS. There was this stunning man who made my experience beyond any other. If my memory recalls, his name was Ethan. He made sure that I felt wanted there as a customer. Not many employees will give that experience that Ethan gave me today. I hope Starbucks recognizes this man and rewards him. He has made me enjoy waited in drive-thru lines.
I stopped by this Starbucks today (4/3/22 around 12:30 pm) and was served by RON, he was AMAZING!!!! Starbucks please show him some love!!!! Only recently have I started visiting this Starbucks instead of the Starbucks by Chipotle and since the change I have not been disappointed with the service and drinks at this location! It is so hard to get continued/repeated great service when you visit places of business but this location has not disappointed yet! It is so IMPORTANT to give that RECOGNITION especially to the GREAT AMAZING STAFF THAT IS THE REASON FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH RON!!!! YOU WERE GREAT! I just wanted to share that I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE here today (3/26/22 around 1:30pm). I would like to make a huge shout-out to ETHAN!!! He is the reason for this positive review! Starbucks please give him some sort of positive praise! It is very hard to get great customer service from a lot of the younger crowd but he was phenomenal!! When I first pulled in I was a bit hesitant on how service would be because the line was extremely long and all the way to the street. But the wait was worth it!! After placing my order with a young lady who was also great (name started with a "M") & finally getting to pull to the window to get my drinks there was still some wait time on 1 of the drinks and instead of the normal awkward silent waiting time ETHAN made sure to engage in small talk with me as his customer, letting me know that my presence at his window mattered!!! So thank you ETHAN!!! I normally go to the Starbucks by Chipotle down the road but my experience here today and how much better my drinks were has changed that!!!! Thank you ETHAN for great customer service!!! & Shout-out to your parents!!!! You are great young man! Keep up the good work!!!! Amazingly friendly and attentive staff. I've never had a drink made incorrectly here. I love this Starbucks whenever I visit Newnan.
Google said that they have the best free wifi so I came to get coffee and use the internet but they have no wifi at all.
Rude, they hide the straws. Make you stand there for long periods of time waiting for someone to pretend that they didn't see you the whole time and when you reach around and get you own straw they get an attitude with you. I really need another location to open up at 5am! This location is very rude and the one by my job makes a better cup of coffee, and they know my name. I'm sure it is is because they actually care about a customer who is most likely paying their paycheck, when I visit Starbucks at least 2times everyday. I am waiting for customer service to open to put in a complaint, about my experience this morning in particular.
Ugh! I wish I could remember the young man who served me, because he was a gem. Super kind and hospitable with a slight southern accent (:P) and eager to make sure everyone was having a good experience. I was in the store for hours working and the whole time he was bright, cheery, and bubbly. Not sure if he was a manager, but he was tall with slightly dirty blonde hair. Wish I could give him credit by name. I ordered a Brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso in Venti, and it was delicious, but it was PACKED with ice. I maybe got 5 sips in before it was gone, and considered asking for another because of it. My water had a strange aftertaste to it, but the gentleman I mentioned above was quick to replace it and asked me to test it and be sure it was ok. They had the health inspector arrive while I was there too, and coming from restaurant management I know how stressful that can be. They all maintained composure and kept trucking along. Overall, very nice working environment to grab a coffee.
