Went to the drive thru at 8:40 in the evening and received no answer. I see barista's in Starbucks. It also states online and on door that they close at 9. Starbucks needs to update their store hours and let people know that they want to close at 8:40 and will not be taking orders at that time.
I always go the the drive thru and they employees have always been really nice and even when the line is wrapped around the building, it goes down fast.They are really fast at this location and the drinks taste good and consistent if that makes sense.My favorite Starbucks in Newnan ?

This has to be a joke. Really Starbucks? So I ordered Grande Oatmilk expresso with no ice and this is what they gave me, had the audacity to tell me well you didn't want ice. SMH never will I ever order from Starbucks. Rip off clearly. We are really wasting our money.
Closed for no reason. Their drive thru is taking up the whole parking lot. They don’t even have mobile order on. Did Starbucks go back in time and forget how to run a business quick and efficiently?

I am a regular and I get the same drink everytime so I know before someone hands it out the window what it’s suppose to look like and what color you can tell if it was made right, my drink has tasted like iced watered down milk because who ever is making the drinks is lazy. Do better. People pay a lot of money for these drinks!!
I visited this location Saturday evening and had the most wonderful customer service experience from Afzal. Thank you for being so kind and polite and thoughtful. We need more people like this- you were a very bright spot to my day.
i’m at this starbucks 24/7 and they are always absolutely amazing. they have some of the nicest people i have ever met and they’ve never messed up and order.
They do their best to keep the line moving quickly. Staff is always friendly and very efficient. I have yet to order a drink that has been made incorrectly. I'm always happy to add a Starbies pitstop when running errands.
