The place was not a real bbq place The meat was unseasoned dry and baked There was no Smokey grill on in the back The only thing good was the sweet tea The ribs were baked and not grilled None of the food was good The fries and onion rings were frozen The beans were out of the can and The bbq sauce was vinegar based not good. Too much vinegar!! Don’t waste your money!!!
The waitress was kind and friendly. As for the food, very bland/no flavor and very dry. By far the worst BBQ we've ever eaten. Food was definitely NOT grilled on wood!! Lastly, the Brunswick stew was simply mush.
This place has really good food. If you are ever in Newnan you have to stop by and eat here. It will be worth it. The Brunswick stew is the best I have ever had!
It is what it is an old barbecue place. May not be the barbecue or stew you grew up on. Nut you know it is for somebody. Just glad to have the old spots still around.
The place was packed but as always very respectful,friendly and professional service. All restaurants should learn from this family owned business. I grew up here eating with my Grandma and here I am all the yrs later it's still great ?
I ate here many times as a kid and loved it. This evening I got there just after they closed. The lady said we can feed you, but only "to go" so I sat on the tailgate of my pickup and enjoyed some of my favourite barbecue. The sauce was good and vinegary and the stew, thick and filling. Always a good meal at Sprayberry's, even after closing ?
The wait staff is great and friendly. The onion rings are to die for. The sides are good the ribs where great with no sauce. The pork and sauce on the other note not so good. I know people have differences on barbecue taste and sauce but not my choice at all.

Excellent service and food. I ordered a small BBQ Plate and the plate was the only think small about it. The amount of food was more than I could eat. The pulled pork was lean and tender. The server was friendly and efficient, making use feel welcome. I highly recommend.
I'm giving one star based on the fact that I cannot get extra sauce in a to-go order to save my life. It's like you were asking them to give away free gold bars or something. Used to you got plenty of sauce to go with all your food now it takes an act of Congress just to get sauce for your sandwich! I have done everything but stand on my head and beg for extra sauce, each time I have been assured....oh we gave you extra sauce and each time I got two little thimble size cups that didn't equal enough sauce in the both of them to dampen a small piece of bread let alone a barbecue sandwich. Don't get me wrong I love this place, I have been eating there for almost 50 years but I'm getting aggravated, can't get extra sauce, to go orders are constantly messed up and on top of that they did away with my favorite item which was the beef
