Ribs where cooked well, still moist yet tender. Sides were cooked fresh and served hot.
We went to Shanes in Newnwn for the first time today. We were very disappointed. The srew was horrible, the ribs had a bad after taste the fries were old and hard and the bread was soggy. The only thing about the meal that was decent was the tea. I spent 40 dollars for two of us and ended up throwing the food away because it was not good. Wont be back to Shanes rib shack.
OH MY GOD!!! So delicious best peach cobbler ever. This must be what heaven tastes like. ? I highly recommend.
Great customer experience! Had a bad day and the guy helped me with my order had an amazing attitude and listened to ensure my order was correct. Was doing takeout and he made sure that I had everything I needed before I left. Thank you for a great experience.
We are loyal Shanes customers, but the customer service and overall experience had not been very good over the past few months (covid lack of good help?). But that all changed yesterday. Haley was very sweet, very professional and the burgers and sweet potato fries were back to perfection! I could tell that Haley really cares about Shanes as we got into a conversation about sauce cups being out of stock. She shared how your supplier has been out and the larger cups cost $0.06 each, which are too big and too pricey. It was obvious she is into the details and cares about how much money things cost. I was very impressed!!!
went to this location and literally have pictures of a girl playing in her hair, touching and wiping her nose. Then she picked up my okra with her unwashed hands. I asked for my money back for the okra. I should have got it back for everything because The food was nasty. BBQ pork had no flavor and the ribs where burnt and dry. The worst bbq I’ve had ever. I will never return and I’m telling everyone i know not to eat at Shane’s.
Be careful when getting take out.. they always forget stuff. My tenders looked like boneless wings.. chicken in my salad was super hard.. they just aren’t that good.. could have gotten the same quality food at McDonald’s… they have good mac and cheese though.
What was right on our order was decent. The girl at the front desk has a horrible attitude and even worse customer service. The food isn't correct ever after telling her over and over. The chicken isnt even edible. Missing things from the to go order and wasn't made the way we requested. I'm not sure there will be a next time as I can go to many other bbq places around and have someone without an attitude and my food be correct.
The food was terrible! The Bbq tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave they didn’t have stew. I got the sampler plate ribs were terrible and okra wasn’t done. Macaroni was ok and the bread was ok but I wasted $20 and that won’t happen again!
Food Quality was Bad. I ordered a Half Chicken plate and did not get the whole half. They left off the drum stick. The temperature of the sides was cold. I should have known something was wrong with how the food was given to me. I'm definitely not going back.
