This place has a small place hometown atmosphere. The menu has enough variety to satisfy even picky eaters. Order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. I like the location. Cool decor.
My wife is a huge Alan Jackson fan...I mean if he comes within 100 miles we go see him. So staying with family in Peachtree city she just had to go over a town or two to Newnan. It was a surprisingly nice town. We ate appetizers for lunch at the Redneck Gourmet. Everything was very good. The service was acceptable. We ate onion rings, fried pickles and fried green tomatoes. We also found out that the man who created the Redneck Gourmet Logo also illustrated Jeff Foxworthy's books. Pretty cool.
Lots of choices. Something for everyone from salads to wraps to burgers. The chicken salad sandwich was refreshing. The fries were perfectly salted. The country feel of natural, exposed brick and old photos was loads of fun. Highly recommend for a Saturday lunch stop.
Stopped by for lunch while traveling, great meals, we ordered catfish plus extras. service was super, main reason we stopped there was outside seating and service, great view of downtown and fellowship with other patrons.
Fun place to eat. The fried pickles were wonderful. Husband loved the smothered hamburger steak and the chicken tenders were cooked well. The cookies just came out of the oven and were excellent. We like to eat at local places and this fit the bill. Would go back. Staff were friendly.
Best deep fried pickles I've ever had. The place was clean, the people were nice. The food was excellent, but I felt a little overpriced. I recommend it, and would go back anytime.
Great burger, good hometown atmosphere, only complaint I had was that the old building let that cold air last week in every time that front door opens, which was often. The place is very popular.
Great place to eat. Family, friends and co workers. Menu for the week is posted for all to see. Excellent atmosphere and great service. Not an all you can eat, yet have fun eating the portions that are served.Kids menu, senior discount, and public service discounts.Prices are inline with the covid price increase that we all are experiencing.Dine in, carry out, call in and on line ordering. Delivery with a third party app.Valentine is only weeks away, might wanna try reservation because it will be busy.
The service was great and the desert was delicious. It was one of the lady's personal recipes. But the burger was a little too salty for my taste.
Completely unimpressed. Underwhelmed would be another way to describe it. Drink fountain malfunctioned, and I was told to hit it to make it stop...? There was no syrup for the drink I wanted, and they never bothered to tell me. Just smacked an out of order sign on it and walked away. Food was cold and it was overpriced. Customer service can go a long way to making a bad experience better but I didn't see any of that.
