I stay an hour away and wanted something different to eat. So I stopped at Red Robin.. Service was just terrible. Food was good, alcohol drinks were awful as well, but whoever this black woman is DOES NOT need to be working there if she hates her job. Had an attitude walking us back to be seated even while sitting us down and everything. Just slapped are menus down on a table and walked away when she couldn’t figure out where to seat us. Also they had tables available all around the restaurant and we had to wait 10 minutes just to be seated because they said “only one cook was in the kitchen” when there was plenty of people in the kitchen when I walked by. Never eating there again.
Was waited on quickly however never had silverware brought out had to go find someone after food was served (kinda need it for salad etc.). Ordered more fries and drinks and never got them. Food way below their normal standards. Won't return for a good while, hopefully things will get better cause they used to be awesome.
We visited on Sunday for a fun dinner & the entire house got sick. Called the manager to let her kno what happened & she said it was a stomach virus. My five year old is the only one that didn’t eat her burger & she’s fine. It’s not a place we frequent & this instance will definitely keep us away. They need a visit from the board of health. We visited on 3/20 at 9 & left at 9:58. The waitress was very sweet & attentive. The male that was helping was confused, gave our appetizers to another table. Service wise was ok. Food was good at the moment but we felt the aftermath the very next day.
Food is pretty good but service is terrible. You see your server one time and everything else is done by someone else or a tablet. Someone else brought out food. We sat a long time without refills, and when they were brought the empty cup was not taken. And we ran our own cards on the tablet. We ordered more fried that never came.
Clearly short-staffed with lots of closed off areas, but the staff didn't show it. They greeted us with a smile and stayed on top of our refills. Loved the unlimited sides. My son ate so many oranges I thought he was gonna turn orange. My burger was sooo good. There are so many more that I want to try. Will definitely be back.
Uncaring slow, impersonal and unresolved issues to my satisfaction after speaking with the manager prior to leaving the restaurant.
Normally I would rate Red Robins with a four or five stars, it's not that the food was bad because it was not. I manage a business and I believe that any manager would like to know what is broken so they can fix it. The food was excellent but it was just warm. We had no silverware until we were just about eating and the waitress was trying her best to take care of us and what appeared to be half the restaurant. Giving the current work force, I think they did an outstanding job. This visit will not keep me from from frequenting the restaurant. Dispute what appeared to be a short handed staff, RR is still the best burger joint around hands down. So if your looking for a great burger, visit RR. Keep your head up and keep looking for people that are willing to actually work for money.
We recently relocated because we are a military family. It is hard when you are new to an area and missing old favorites. I was so incredibly happy to find one of the favorites and it is every bit as amazing as the ones we were missing. The service was on point! The food came fast and perfectly cooked. Thanks so much for bringing comfort to us.
We understand under staff issues at the restaurants right now, but the quality of the food, the presentation is another thingWe have been trying coming back to Red Robin but from our last experience, it will take awhile for us to enjoy good meal at this restaurant again!Terrible!
The burgers are not worth the money. If I am paying $10 for a burger it needs to be a great burger not meh. I guess if you want to just eat a bunch of steak fries this is your place.
