My experience is Red lobster yesterday was probably one of the worst that I've ever had I don't know what's going on with the food it had no taste it was just bland the lobster tails were mushy my wife ordered fish and chips and they gave her one of the biggest greasiest pieces of fish you could ever get she sent it back and she just got the shrimp alfredo no taste my waiter awesome the manager that I spoke to she was fantastic she was very understanding and she made no excuses so I only give them two stars is because of my waiter and the manager other than that and my wife has been wanting Red lobster for a while so we finally got a chance to go and she was very disappointed she just went out and got in the truck and we left of course we paid the ticket wishes like 75 bucks but I can't complain because the manager said she wish I had to ask the speak with her before I pay the ticket but at the end of the day she was still great.
Wow! What excellent customer service! From start to finish, Jason and his team were extremely polite! They made sure that my pickup order was correct, hot & fresh! Thank you for going above and beyond! My family enjoyed our lunch!
Manager gave my friend a gift card with a receipt for $50. Then she tried to use it right away at lunch. It would not cash out our bill. Manager claimed it was supposed to say "celebrate" on it. My husband and I saw the gift card. It did not say "celebrate" on it. Manager made my friend open her purse to prove she did not have another gift card. Manager was wrong and did not apologize. Number 1 rule: The customer is always right. If not, see rule 1.
Absolutely delicious. Got the ultimate feast!! Everything was super fresh and flavorful. Especially the crab legs!! Will be coming back for more!!

I visited your location in Newnan GA last night. Upon returning to my vehicle I noticed the window broken and various items and cash stolen. Police were called and they discovered several other vehicles broken into. Police went inside the location and notified the manager and diners. Employees came out to assist and show concern; however I’m totally appalled that the manager on duty never bothered to come out and show any concern. Your own employees stated that this is an on going issue at this location and no cameras are installed. Customers should have been made aware of this issue given it has happened several times and management should have shown some concern for the safety of patrons. I need to be contacted at this point by a General Manager to get this issue addressed as there should be some public awareness of the safety of the parking area.
