Sat in line 30 minutes just for an order of rice and mac and cheese and gave us the wrong drink order. I'll never waste my time or money at this restaurant again. Then to add insult to injury, they had an attitude.
Terrible customer service ever!!!!! Never got the food I ordered correctly! When you are paying cash, make sure they give you your changes back correctly also. They’re trying to steal your $$
The food is good, but every single time I order here, they do not give any dipping sauce with my meal.
Ordered 3 piece meal. Chicken was fried so hard on the outside and not fully cooked on the inside. Taste was bland. The New Orleans treat was delicious.
The lobby is still not open. I don't want to wait in the drive thru and burn up my gas. However, the food was very good.
This was the worst drive thru experience ever! The lil girl at the window needs to be thought some respect and she’s lucky my friend was driving and I wasn’t or I would have THROWN the product right back at her! That was completely unacceptable and I will be contacting corporate in the morning!!!!!!
Service was fine, but the quality of the food has dipped at this location recently. It's fried chicken so you know it's going to be greasy, but this was greasy to the point that it wasn't pleasant.
Slow, rude, and still drive thru only. You cant even get delivery through DoorDash because they want the drivers to sit in a 30 minute long wait because they dont understand those folks are working because they dont even know what work is themselves
Can only order through the drive through. When our order was given to us the food looked as if it was literally thrown in the one bag. I had to sit and rearange the food and ask for a second bag to make sure none of the food spilled out. The lady at the window was rude.
It's always good fast food but they are short staff and I spent 40 minutes on the drive thru
