I walked in on April 20th 2022 (between 9:20pm - 9:45 pm), I was there to pick up my order only to witness what I think was two employees making out and fondling each other on top of the order counter. This is absolutely inappropriate behavior and disgusting. Just knowing that my pizza was in there or possibly made by these two sickness me.
Worst customer service.Left off part of my order but still charged me.They did give me a store credit but now says they can't deliver, even though I'm less than three miles away.I'm feeling screwed, thanks pathetic Pizza Hut employees.
Don’t bother ordering delivery. Even ordering for a much later time to be delivered it was still two hours late. Pizza had been sitting waiting for delivery 2 and half hours before they got around to delivery. When I called I got “yeah the times don’t really mean anything. You are third in line. Should be there in another hour”. Never again.
My Pizza was cold and lacked the toppings I ordered... But the Pizza Hut turned out to be pretty good they remade the pizza a couple days later and the pizza was way better than it was the night I got it so I will give them another chance and that's a pretty good Pizza Hut if you are in the area check it out!
The store was clean, the attendant had a warm personality and inviting smile, the food was appealing to the eye, the food was ready at the time appointed. When i got home to eat it was really good.
This location at Thomas Crossroads has gotten worse over the last few months. Customer Service is awful - last night I waited 15 minutes in curbside for my order to be brought outside. I eventually had to go inside, and the individuals working were very rude, and my order was not correct. After many years of being a loyal cuatomer, I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
My pizza was ready on time and I was greeted by a very friendly employee when I arrived! My pizza order was correct and delicious!
I placed my order to be ready at 5:45. I arrived at 5:30 and walked out at 5:45 with 6 steaming hot pizzas. Always have good service at this location.
The food was 25 minutes late and it was cold. One pizza was wrong. Not happy with with the food.
Wasn’t expecting to leave a 5 star review but, the service was actually extremely fast and the pizza was very good. Changed my opinion on delivery!
