While I understand everywhere being shortstaffed I still believe that customers in store are just as important as the call in and online orders. I saw about 3 or 4 different people come get their orders while we were in store waiting to place our order. New names kept appearing on the screen yet no one could take 5 mins off so that my name could get on the screen. 2 stars cause the toilet was clean. Left before I could get to place my order.
The pizza and breadsticks were good.
I have been to this pizza hut numerous times and the manager her name is Tina I think has turned us away for some of the dumbest reasons I've ever heard . She is the rudest person I've come across in a min. We ordered the new Spicy Chicken Hawaiian Pizza. It was delicious. Delivery was quick and the pizza was fresh and hot. Thank you Pizza Hut!

The restaurant is completely dark when you walk in and its still not dine in after it feel like 2 years. I ordered a large stuffed crust and it was the worse looking pizza ive seen in a while.
Worst Pizza Hut I've ever patronized. Horrendous customer service. I arrived and paid for my order at the time it was due, then all the workers disappeared. Then, after standing there for 20 minutes, the lady (manager?) showed back up and said "oh, I think he is making your wings now." 10 minutes later, after she actually cooked the wings, she gave me my order. I asked for a couple ranch. She said they are $1 a piece. I said, well my order was 30 minutes late. "Well I'm not allowed to do that," she said. I will never go to this Pizza Hut again. 30 minutes late and atrocious customer service.
I ordered the triple treat box or whatever it is called last night and I got two specialty pizzas, cheese breadsticks, and Cinnamon buns. Two different people called me within 20 or 30 minutes and told me that I would not be getting the cinnamon buns because they do not have them and I said that was fine, cinnamon sticks would be fine. I was not upset about this that was fine with me that people are out of everything right now, I waited almost 2 more hours to get pizza that was not even cooked through and was Soggy and cold. I would really love a refund of $50. This is unacceptable and I will never order from Pizza Hut on Jefferson Street Newnan again.I tried to call the location and let them know but no one answered and I really am super upset that this is happened. I ended up having to cook my kids food at 11 o’clock at night because the food that I ordered and paid $50 for was cold and soggy and wet. Do better please and thank you
I ordered an extra topping on one pizza but it was not added. It was on the receipt however. Everything else was good.
